To some degree the crystal was guiding Morty and not controlling him but influencing him he’s definitely capable of murder as we have seen in the purge episode Morty is a shy kid but when he wants to be he is both Crazy and bad ass😂 no spoilers but I’m looking forward to seeing your reaction when you hear something that Morty says in episode three of season five I will mention what it was when you get to the episode

The condor sparrow thing, she said they went to Peru, other condors will eat small birds like sparrows but the Andean condor tends to eat beached marine life, and the Andes mountains range into Peru. I have no idea if somebody on the staff actually made sure to come up with something that works or if it just worked out, but ever since I got bored and looked that up, the sparrow condor thing gets me every time. If she'd have just said condor it would imply a predatory relationship, but the fact that they went to Peru hinting at Andean condors, it totally works. ..I mean, they _could_ still eat small birds, but in general they don't subsist on a diet of small birds so it's more likely to look at one and see anything other than dinner. Now I can't help but picture a big condor and a lil sparrow flyin around together. Adorable

Love this season, it has some FIRE episodes! Morty did technically have to kill that bully, because otherwise the bully was destined to kill him, but he didn't have to start murdering cops, and he really didn't have to bait the bully in the first place.

THIS! Like sure, the quality dips every now and then for certain individual episodes - but it's the rare TV show that *doesn't* have at least a few "meh" episodes here and there. Honestly, there's only 1 episode in the whole series that I personally thought was straight-up bad - but I'm sure as hell not gonna tell you which one, because you deserve to experience the show on your own terms and make up your own mind about it. :)

I love this premier it’s fantastic! The whole bit where Rick is with fascist Morty was the creators flipping off the “fans” who said the show was too political or wanted them to go back to how it was and demanded things be done. Loudly complaining on the internet. Personally I think season 4 is great I even liked the one episode most people dislike.

Season 4 is probably my least favorite but season’s 5 and 6 are really good so I definitely don’t feel there’s a quality drop in the show. Definitely still very good
