Look at the end of the day, Dyche has 1 or 2 games left if he doesnt get it together, but lets not forget the players have a lot to answer for unless they pull their finger out nothing much will change regardless whos in charge! We all knew staying in the league at the beginning of the season was the most important factor, and so far we're just about doing it. It was never going to be any different from the last 3 seasons! If it doesn't change soon as much as I like Sean Dyche I believe Dan Freidkin will be stepping in. As an evertonian I felt Sean Dyche would be the right fit for us and his ability to nurture players further on in their careers hasn't happened. The players look deflated and don't believe in themselves and that is my next question, if it's not Sean Dyche then who comes in to change that because we've been going round in circles with changing managers and it's ended up the same way so what is the answer as we've seen other clubs go through this too

Don’t understand the fans wanting him out. He inherited a club that had been fighting relegation for a number of years, with barely any funds. Good manager who deserves a chance to spend - then everyone can judge him.
@johnniea468418 сағат бұрын
What's not to understand? Take a look at the table, the results, the inability to score (to win a match, you have to score), the team's form over more than a year. Had a chance and what kind of team do you think he'd put together (not his actual job, btw) given the funds? I think everyone knows what that would look like.

@johnniea468418 сағат бұрын
It's tough when things aren't going your way, but he'll have been paid at least £12.5m for 2 years' work, so he's been well remunerated. He says he understands the football game (evidently more than you) and it's a results business. The results have not been good enough, so the fans demand better. If he can't deliver - and he's had plenty of opportunities - then he's out. Same at any club, with even a modicum of standards.

As a lifelong season ticket holder, some of these comments on here. Half by those who were rioting on County Rd the other month. Most don't have a clue about how to run a football club and couldn't spell "succession management". Just neanderthalls screaming "Sack 'im"... If it wasn't for Dyche, we would be in League One by now. He very rarely throws his players under the bus when it's so obvious what the problem is to everyone... we can't score goals and haven't been able to since Lukaku left in 2017. Many better managers have succumbed to this fact before Dyche... Ancelotti (arguably best manager in the world) could only manage 8th. Most others have gone on to better things since Everton. The vitriolic fans acting in a pack like mentality. Many of those you would cross over the road from if walking past in the street. Only last month, the same manager managed to pick up 3 points against sides that must have spent over £1 billion pounds more than Everton since Dyche has been here. I am not Dyche's no.1 fan and he is very accepting of his limitations but the problems at Everton were there long before he arrived. Nobody else would touch us. I would honestly like to see the new owners bring in some decent blood upfront and although if we remain winless at the end of Jan, I feel the writing will be on the wall for SD simply due to fan pressure if nothing else. Who would be a football manager eh?! *waits for vitriol comments from "fans"
