It's set ups like this that actually make me think this game would be better if kingdoms suffered a 75% penalty to birthrates but an increase to research speed while at war. It'd really encourage more back and forth between them and help prevent some of these run away victories where you're just kind of waiting for one to win. I mean, eventually kingdoms would just run out of soldiers to throw at the front lines, and be forced to peace out.

@@RyanzinBR That just means wars are quicker and more brutal, there's no major change otherwise. That I had talked about was more along the lines of setting up a limiter on how fast armies could to be trained and populations could be replenished while still at war. To be honest I think the entire system of war needs a smig more complexity in the game like kingdoms actually having to lay claims or risk increased instability and actual defensive structures like towers and walls but that's just me.

@@DemonKing19951towers, walls, maybe even siege equipment/monsters would be great as would claims and the like. In the mean time angry villagers does help as I have seen them butcher the remnants of armies more than a few times occasionally forcing a peace out from the aggressor

Hey, Gorg. I've just started playing this top-down sandbox action-adventure game on Steam that I think you'll like, called "Necesse". The description is: "Build, quest and conquer across an infinite procedurally generated world. Play alone or with friends as you establish a settlement and explore the deep dungeons, fight monsters and bosses, mine rare ores, craft magical equipment, recruit specialists for your colony and more!" It's still in early development but I'm having a lot of fun playing it, it's pretty addictive. It's kinda like if "Stardew Valley" and "Terraria" had a child.

The screaming of moon war: First the memes attacked the bows. And that's when the moons took the opportunity to attack the memes. This was the starting point of screaming moon. The innitial attack took memes by surprise they had already planed and deployed their army to attack the bows. They would be soon pushed of the main island, but seeing this bows understood that, even if they win against memes they won't survive and so they chose to also attack the moons. The battle was most fearce on the main island even though somehow a new island appeared on the outskirts of the world out of thin air having an alien environment, where trees are replaced by crystal and swords could fly, no one had the time to explore and discover it's secrets. Soon the moons will completely occupie the central penensula. Pushing the other two out. Now the war will go on, on two fronts. Moons vs memes and moons vs bows. memes and bows couldn't continue their world but they never came to an agreement either. It never crossed their mind to join forces and attack the moons as a last ditch effort. One by one the moons will take islands from both the nations, but the nation will try it's best to fight back. In between a lot of back and forth another new island will appear having a more familiar biom, although the people of the world didn't know this biom either, and it somehow looked scarier than the previous, and being in war gave them no time to explore. Moons will decide to concentrate their forces on memes as they were the one giving them most trouble, after all bows just didn't had the time or brain power to invent the thing they were good at, that being the bows. Soon will be the fall of memes, and the only nation left for moons to conquer was bows. The bows had no chance both out numbered and out ranked they fell soon after. Moon declares the end of screaming moon, they were the one's to start the war, and they ended the war. The world itself acknoledhed their fierce tactics, atlast gifting them their new and rightfull name blood moon. After the war had ended and things grew rather peacefull, the moons now blood moon, atlast had the time to explore the new islands, and uncover their mysteries. They atlast set foot on alien ground, they didn't knew what they'll discover, but this tale of a fierce war ends here, their discoveries we may learn latter, or never.

SPOILERS I'm doing that lore-writing thing I do in these videos okay? that´s what this comment is so nobody get butthurt if they see it before they watch the video: SPOILERS. ¨In this world of Rising Islands the scholars of yore say that at first there was only one landmass...there 4 Kingdoms Dwelled: The Moon Kingdom which was the predecessor to the Blood Moon Imperium, The Bow Imperium whose people never really practiced archery, the Kingdom of Meme who were valiant in defiance and The Kingdom of Great Aww whose first King is said to be a Gigant, those 4 kingdoms lived in Harmony for 250 years until an unexpected cataclysm occurred: overnight 4 islands formed, one beside each kingdom and it is said those were fertile Jungle lands and so the kingdoms started to colonize them with the Kingdom of Moon, forming it´s overseas empires early due to their first King´s teachings of ambition for land and power: the King whose name was ¨Puff the ambitious¨ who was referred as ¨Puff the Deceitful¨ by the inhabitants of the other Kingdoms and became a semi-legendary figure in legend, and so 20 in 20 years 4 new islands would appear: the lands of mushrooms and fungus rose, and then islands of the deserts of elder sands where Djinn were rumored to dwell, and so distant swamp islands formed riddled with snakes but also life and resources...but then war was waged as the 4 kingdoms dilacerated eachother: the first to fall was great Aww with its dominion conquered by the Kingdom of Memes, then the 43 remaining kingdoms waged a 2 century spanning conflict during which 4 islands composed of a crystal land of legend rose inhabited by hostile crystal men and magical flying swords! In the end, a savage land rose rumored to contain never-before-seen beasts! and then the Kingdom of Memes fell to the Moon Empire and later the Bow Imperium had to wage a desperate resistance and attrition war...but at the end, they too were conquered and only the newly named: Blood Moon Imperium remained! it has been 200 years since the unification and the watchers of the sky have rumors...rumors that another cataclysm is about to occur and the world will change once again, rumors of an ancient order of mages who predict an ice age with an attack by ¨cold ones¨ while the Morticians predict a time of great disease in their temple-hospitals, the red riders of the kingdom the order of the Blood moon hunt say it is to be neither but that instead a time of great war and madness shall come...and they may be right for rumors abound that the Dynasty of the Bow Imperium´s High Kings still endures...and the embers of rebel treachery may induce a fire of secessionist war! are yet others: those who study the arcane also state that portals may open into other world and bring forth other races of humanoid beings who are rumored to only exist in fables and legends of yore into our realm! no one is to tell what shall happen in this cataclysm...however, one thing is certain: an alignment of the spheres surely predicts a cataclysm where the world will change once again: tis why I Chysik the 6th of the House of Scholars thought prudent to write an account of the world that existed before...thou it may be for nought as the cataclysm may erase this book from memory despite my best efforts however i shall still attempt my best to survive this cataclysm...I now finished this account of the old world in the year 400 since unification or 650 years since assumed creation, I write this account of which Chysik the 6th was the scholar and this work was written with the full permission and funding of his majesty who reigns over the Blood Moon Imperium whose name and title are: of Emperor Puff the 9th.¨ - recovered post-cataclysm account of a scholar of the previous ¨age of islands¨.
