I think the main problem with the Halloween aliens is that not a single one of them makes more then 1 appearance, we have no reason to like them outside of a cool spooky alien, it would have been cool see ben use benvictor for electricity powers, never even mentioned again, also I agree with eye guy

When I was younger, I somewhat remember my ranking of the Original ten aliens as I like the more slick/unique designs along with the more Bulky aliens as they always had greater influence over which were my favourite Aliens from the OG series and all are based on designs and somewhat versatility of their powers as some Aliens I don't really like have unique powers associated with them and vice-versa. Also I'll be ranking the other designs used in thr OG series like Ben 10000 and Ken 10, but only Buzz shock as the other Aliens (Ken 10) are just exactly Ben's aliens from when he was 10 so there's some work around for those ones. And these rankings are put into sub categories rather than all together as I think my brain would most likely forget aliens. Also some of these descriptions for my choices aren't really that basic, sorry if they're too long to some. (Original Roster) (The most divisive for me as all these Aliens have aesthetics I like alot and are unique to them and are based on concept and execution rather than power set) (No descriptions as these designs along with additional aliens Ben had throughout the OG series have their own unique appeals to me as none are bad or unappealing) 1. Diamondhead 2. Upgrade 3. XLR8 4. Heatblast 5. Four Arms 6. Ghost Freak 7. Wildmutt 8. Stink Fly 9. Ripjaws 10. Grey Matter (Additions to the OG Roster) 1. Cannonbolt 2. EyeGuy 3. Wildvine 4 WayBig 5. Upchuck 6. Ditto (Halloween Trio) (I remember liking these guys equally, but looking at the three I as a comparsion it show my preference for certain designs) 1. Ben Mummy (Egyptian design aesthetics are never not cool to me, the Mask design is very ornamental looking and very reminiscent of a Pharaoh's sarcophagus) 2. Ben Wolf (The more animalistic upright design with the unique mouth opening feature to release the sonic waves is so cool and is very different from the source material of a standard Werewolf also the use of digitigrade legs just adds another level of cool facture to me) 3. Ben Viktor (Just Frankenstein's monster to me, Omniverse made the species more unique, by going down the more cabled together look with steampunk aesthetics along with electricity, decent design at best) Future Additional Aliens (That aren't from original roster) (Ben 10000 and Ken 10) 1. Buzz Shock (The green electricial accents to the standard Megawatt design gives a unique look to Ben/Kenny) 2. Articguana (The cold design and how Dry he looks adds to the lower/sub zero temperatures motif associated with ice characters and adding a new spin on it) 3. Spitter (Gross yet appealing as it's achieving it's goal) (Ben 10000 Original 10 Roster shown in his Debut episode based on design and how different they are and most of the designs have the same reasonings as the mostly Black uniforms with added White accents make the designs more unique to adult Ben when contrasting to younger self's original Stripe shirt uniform designs) 1. XLR8 (Slicker design, Helmet/face plate has a clearer/more advanced look, accent stripes throughout the body replacing the blue stripes is more appealing in look for me atleast) 2. Diamondhead (The mainly black uniform with white accents breaking up the new design, just adds another unique element to a already cool alien) 3. Heatblast (Shoulder Volcanoes and the Bulkier design) 4. Four Arms (Same reason as Diamondhead, but also bulkier look) 5. Wildmutt (Looks like an older Vulpiner mancer and looks like the transitional phase between a 10 year old Wildmutt and the older ones from the Phil episode) 6. Stink Fly (More insect looking, more defined Eyes and the Black/White body feels more unique) 7. Cannonbolt (the Black pants and added finger details are great) (lastly the Gwen 10 Alien designs) 1. Four Arms 2. Heatblast 3. Grey Matter Thanks to everyone who read my essay of a Comment and thanks to A.S.K Air for the video as it made me think about my own personal Ranking of the Classic aliens from the original series of Ben 10, another great video can't wait to see the other rankings for the other series and sorry for the essay just wanted to express my opinions on this amazing franchise. I read the whole thing and I actually prefer this list. I liked the more unique designs that stray away from the human form, with heat blast as an exception. Overall a lot of the classic aliens were pretty solid and I loved all of their designs except for that eyeguy 💀. Great list and loved the effort you put into it.

I thought Diamondhead’s skin was blue. Well either way this is one of my favorite Ben 10 videos so far along with the Omniverse redesign videos. My favorite Classic aliens are XLR8 and Upgrade. Diamondhead used to be one of my favorites when the Ben 10 reboot re-introduced me to the franchise believe it or not.

I understand some people hate when aliens are similar but in my mind it makes more sense seeing that in a universe it makes the galaxy feel so big when creatures have similarities and would be weird if nothing at all was alike. The only annoying ones were the ones that looked more robotic/armor suit like than alien and xlr8 copycat (cant remember name but he should of had fast reflexes and agility instead of running fast version 2 while xlr8 can be fast but only usually when going one way with a tight turning radius.)

One of the things that always disappointed me about Classic Ben 10 was how little a lot of the extra Aliens are used. They were all like “wow ah new Alien! Welcome to the team!” And then proceed to almost never use them again, especially Upchuck and the Anur Trio Hot take I always thought Four Arms was pretty bland. He’s just beefy four-armed guy, a type of character that appears in so many shows and media already. He never really lead to any creative problem solving either, always just “time to punch sth” Favs would definitely be XLR8, Diamondhead, Heatblast, Upgrade, Cannonbolt

@@MegaNikaNika I like all of the classic aliens + I think it’s fair to place them so low. Benwolf only appeared once and didn’t do much. Buzzshock also did very little and Ben didn’t even use him; it was Kenny and Ben 10k who used him. I would personally rank them both a bit higher and put Spitter at the bottom but it’s understandable that they are ranked so low

I feel like you did Ditto kinda dirty tbh 🤣 the main distinction between him and Echo-Echo besides the hypersonic voice is that Ditto can split into multiple individualistic entities whereas Echo-Echo clones all behave and operate in unison similar to a hivemind. Also it isn't quite fair to compare an alien force alien to the og series since this is explicitly meant to be a ranking of the og series.

i was expecting you like all the aliens and have a harder time ranking them. it's disappointing that you hate Buzzshock to Ditto/Upchuck. i thought the megawatt's appearance was a decent episode, but it was cool to see a alien we saw from way back in ep 6 end up being a part of his roster. i thought it was dope to include real life monsters into aliens that Ben uses, also I like how all three got new names in OV especially Blitzwolfer who i thought when i was younger was Blitzenwolfer. Even though they only got one appearances in the og, they proved their worth in OV. I think Snare-Oh is the most basic of all but still was awesome. Why did the opening mouth make you cringe? that was the best part about Blitzwolfer besides his sonic blast is different than Echo Echo because i feel like his is sound based while Blitzwolfer is more energy based. how is having conductors on your back not a cool design? Frankenstrike is similar to Shocksquash but with less electricity control and more physical strength. Ripjaws' classic design is definitely one of the more horrifying alien design, stick that with the voice he had = chef kiss. Ripjaws did get used less and less as the show went on because of his weakness which was executed poorly but i loved how his legs became a fin similar to Danny Phantom (different show) who i equally love. Echo Echo maybe stronger than Ditto, but Echo Echo is definitely not better than Ditto. Ditto is way too funny, and i feel like he is the perfect alien for when you are alone. after reviewing Upchuck's appearances on the fandom, i really don't see how you think he is just the butt of jokes. He even had a really cool episode in OV explaining the reasoning of the different designs for him. He even had badass moments like beating the forever knight and even eating an entire planet. He is even one of the few aliens that doesn't even have a predator which makes him even harder to beat. and his weakness is the one of the best weakness given. sorry for a long rant, i love all of the aliens. i am an insanely diehard Ben 10 fan.

Frankenstrike is cool and all but I really don’t like the fact in OV Ben almost always uses shocksquatch as his electric alien. Like it irks me so much because he’s pretty basic. If he really wanted to be OP with electricity then he could’ve used amphibian most times. Also I really loved brain storm and I had even given up hope of seeing it in OV and so it was to my surprise, happiness and disappointment when he said “you know what, I’m not even gonna use one of my heavy hitters” and pulled out brain storm which had been a great alien for him. That’s the only time he used it in OV

22) Ditto: He's cute, and I like that he's based on Yakko from Animaniacs and is even voiced by Rob Paulsen. But, all of his clones being connected make him almost useless in a fight. The most versatile and the most useful alien, in my opinion. He's perfect for both defensive and offensive; he's able to shoot crystal, his body can morph in almost everything, can absorb energy and reflect it, and can create crystal walls to protect himself and others. His powers make him perfect for fighting multiple enemies at the same time.

@@AskAir He's that low because I based my list on the entire franchise. If it had been based only on the classic series, he probably would have been in the top 10 since Ben uses him to fly. But, when you have Jetray and Bigchill, Stinkfly isn't that great anymore.

What about Spitter and Arctiguana, would you consider them lower than Buzzshock? I mean, Arctiguana is impressive when it comes to freezing enemies without breaking a sweat, but that's kind of what he commonly does and Spitter barely appeared whatsoever and was mostly just a walking fire hydrant.

It's so weird to see Wildmutt ranked so high, especially one above my personal favorite Cannonbolt. I always disliked Wildmutt as a kid and thought he was kinda pointless. He never really did anything to stand out besides not having eyes or a voice, and every time he was used I would groan because I would rather see the cool aliens. I'll never be able to comprehend why the gave him an ultimate instead of Heatblast or XLR8.
