Fillers aren't that bad if its done well, for instance bleach best filler arc the "Zanpaktou rebellion" had some really good action bits and interesting character stuff, not to mention the design of the zanpaktou characters are designed by the author himself and made canon in tybw. Then you have stuff like the G-8 filler arc in One piece which has a lot of comedy bits and made for great experience as it transitioned in to the canon materials (people thought it was canon back in the days). Also if you count filler episodes (not arcs) then you also have many great standalone fillers too (goku getting his car license, etc). I agree overall fillers are mainly negative as its just there to make sure the manga gets ahead so the canon materials can continue, but people forget they are watching an entertainment medium and fillers do spark some creativity and tries to create a good experience/enjoyment. Basically a downtime where you get a breathing room away from the story/setting to focus on the characters themselves in a "what if" scenario. However 90% of all fillers are bad or poorly executed which is why it has such big "negative stigma".

The "Dragon Ball" series has no War Arc so far and it's a no Brainer to worry about, Well unless if you considered counting the Demon King Piccolo Saga (OG DB), the Majin Buu Saga (DBZ) or the Universe Survival Saga (DBS) as somewhat War Arcs.

The thing with war arcs is that they aren't supposed to have every character developed as some serves for later function or they have a certain purpose in that arc to fill, just few key characters within it is what really matters or else pacing becomes a big issue. Imagine if you had to stop up everytime a new character appeared to know more about them, it would be a complete borefest and kill the narration instead of just let it flow naturally without stopping up + its a lot of hit or miss on what audience prefer because war arcs has a lot of characters in one place so screentime is more the issue here..

The best filler I've watched is G 8 from One Piece . Yet it was followed by the worst filler arc of one piece is Davy Back Fight . The worst fact is that ( SPOILERS ) Some parts of Davy Back Fight are canon , whereas G8 being the good plot is not a canon . Disappointment .

well lets see third video watching to connect with my story on what arcs it has-... ok thats alot and basically most, so it has rescure, amnesia kinda, war-arc, no filler arc my brain can think of, a kind of revenge arc, no adventure arc but could get one, probably would get a festival arc, defnitally gets a pivotal arc near the end, ofcourse backstory, probably not a exam arc, training arc yes, possibly romance but maybe not so not gonna say yes or no for that, maybe a tournament arc, yep reflection arc, and no captive arc, so counting probably's as yes and probably not's as no, so 10 yes and 4 no, also so far enjoying the vids and probably don't have more of these crazy comments to make
