Hey Girlie! I just finished listening to Get Well Soon: History's Worst Plagues and the Heros Who Fought Them by Jennifer Wright. If you loved Mary Roach, I definitely recommend this! I listened on audio and despite the dark topic it had me laughing out loud, due to the author's asides. It's pre-Covid so it doesn't touch on that. Enjoy!

If you would like something fictional to complement ‘Empire of Pain’ as ‘trespasses’ did for ‘say nothing’, I would highly recommend Demon Copperhead by Barbara Kingsolver!📚✨ lovely video, thanks for sharing!

Will always recommend It’s not about the Burqa and Between the world and me. Plus, Angela Davis on audio is brill as well.
