What year is one arm pull up in? I'm 16, been training for the 1 arm pull up for almost 3 months now and Now im strong enough to do one

30 days are the earliest results. More difficult skills will always take time depending on the difficulty.

How on earth is the 90 degree hold harder than a handstand pushup? I can do 5 handstand pushups with good form but no 90 degree hold...

If you’ve been following the yearly trainings it shouldn’t be too difficult for you to unlock. Easily within a couple of months

1 arm push-up I don’t see much benefit from training it. I opt for an archer pushup instead and it should be located in year 1 family!

​@@STRIQfit Yeah I think the same Mostly form in one arm push up is annoyingly weird. Archer pushups are much better for one arm strength

I do on my leg days primarily, like squats and leg extensions, other than that I do a lot of lateral raises at the end of my push workouts
