Interesting thing to comment. Did you plan on only being negative or offering a suggestion in music choice?
@RealNi48a16 сағат бұрын
@@STRIQfit Sorry, I would suggest something more calm and soothing like lofi or chill house instrumentals

I'd agree. The song is fine, but not in this context. Still, a great video, but def something more calming would be preferred.

I'm a complete newcomer to calisthenics, and you guys are gonna help me kickstart this journey. For every like on this comment, I'll do one push-up. Let's do it! P.S. I'm not even sure these moves are for me, but who cares? I'm gonna do it anyway. At least the government can't tax me for them, right? No hidden fees!

I'm having a really difficult time doing the forward fold. Do you have any tips to progress to that point?
@STRIQfitКүн бұрын
Don’t try to aim for as dramatic a forward fold as me. Simply reach for your toes. If you can only get to knees then that’s fine, ankles? That’s fine too. Your hip mobility and hamstring strength will gradually increase and you’ll be able to fold better over time. Remember I’ve been doing it for years so you won’t look all the way the same if you’re just starting out.

New here, does your 12-Week program incorporate Calisthenics and Weightlifting?? Watched this video and really want to do this!!
@STRIQfitКүн бұрын
Hi family, The 12 week beginner program only includes calisthenics mostly. That program is mostly about building a foundation to do pushups, squats, pull-ups, and dips.

Why u get bald ?
@STRIQfitКүн бұрын
For the lore honestly. 😂 Nah if you want my honest answer. I noticed parts of hairline were thinning like 3-4 years ago. Most people are scared of going bald - so I wanted to see what was so scary about it. Shaved it off and people ended up loving it more than my hair so I just kept doing it.

This is the beginners? Cause skin the cat is so damn hard
@ReasonRaider2 күн бұрын
My reccomendation is just to tell chat gpt the calisthenics move you want to learn and ask it for a guided workout. So you don’t have to sacrifice that many brain cells via pooling of blood 😂
@hanswon46852 күн бұрын
you can do this because of the weights balancing you or you can do this because you balancing the weights?
@STRIQfit2 күн бұрын
The weights definitely help but it’s no where near enough the strength you need to hold this position. You still have to have a dramatic amount of core strength. So the weights are helping hold but not a crazy amount. It’s more like leverage.
