They use chopsticks when it’s a noodle dish, otherwise because Cambodian used to be a French colony, spoon and fork. The last dish doesn’t look like amok because amok is steamed in a coconut husk or banana leaf bowl and it’s more like a mousse thick texture.

Yeah when I was in Malaysia chopsticks are more rare. Its a more northern asian thing China,Taiwan Korea and Japan
