If more than 90% of players don't have all the cards it shows that the vast majority of the players count is either inactive or rarely opens the game. The most difficult cards to get are champions but in a few months you can get all the cards without paying a dime. So, inflated numbers for the game. Next time you see some statistics about player count, divide by 100 to guesstimate the number of active players
