I would personally say the new collab is the worst content wise for both casual players and competitive/yters The lack of new content is abysmal, no story missions makes it a wonder why the bother doing the collab other than knowing people will spend in it While ST and Slime had the worst units overall, they at least were a semi good starting point for showing what future collabs were going to hopefully build off of, which I would personally say had been done until they stopped doing story for whatever reason

KOF Pt1 for me was amazing, finally pulling for cool + meta colab units was prob some of my best memories of this game, then the event and the story was nice as well... that fighting event man! I miss that feeling, nowadays I just pull for meta and call it a day, there isn't much excitement anymore...

My personal favorite that we have gotten/ i played, is Tensura rerun, I LOVED the tensura gang and having them was great. The only issue i had was i never got all of them and they weren't the best, mostly cause didnt have the gold for relics but still. Collabs would be cool if we got Fairy Tail, Overlord or a AOT rerun

The worst part about the jobless collab is that in the notes when they leaked it a while ago they said it was a “long awaited collab” but honestly there are a lot more anime’s that people would love but they prob just putting smthing out for people to spend gems for the box cc then have to buy gems for the anniversary event

For true isekai fans it is. It's doesn't have the title of "grandfather of isekai" for nothing. But most grand cross players are casuals who not only don't know shit about isekai, they don't even know which isekai it was which popularised most of the troupes they see in isekai anime nowadays (hint hint), and that's a huge problem. But let me tell you this. Mushoku Tensei was such a huge influence on the isekai genre as whole that if it didn't exist, basically every single isekai anime/manga or novel would be completely different right now.

I think KoF was my favorite and next up I liked re:zero and shield hero the most due to units (didn't watch anime). I do also like how the relics improved ram/rem. And Reinhard/Echidna are fun AF! The least enjoyable or hype for me were Stranger Things and Attack on Titan. Slime first run yea, wasn't all that (but at least relic made Millim pretty good and fun to use). Lastly, the current reincarnation collab while I don't think it's the worst, it also didn't excite me too much (mostly due to units feeling underwhelming overall to me, but to each his own)

I never heard someone say i hate facing rimuru. He actually had good mechanics that could destroy people with buffs and make you have more control on the match. Nowdays the units have a god damn 7 pages of passive and ooga booga i do a shit ton of damage for no reason. I absolutely hate facing purg meli and i believe so do the most of you.

Honestly they chose the worst time for a Mushoku Tensei collab, not only is it a pretty specific isekai with a smaller fanbase but it also only got a teaser/trailer for the next season some time ago with no actual announcement. If they had waited for the anime to start again it would've been way better in terms of timing at least but overall the lack of a collab specific story like all the past collabs just makes it feel a lot lazier on top of everything. While personally I do love the characters even I have to say the actual units are pretty underwhelming to say the least; Rudy needs way too long to build up to one strong hit of dmg, Ghislaine's unique should've just had her reapply her "Mark" every time the first target died and her stance removal should've been something else, Roxy's shield is near useless at the best of times and Eris might as well not exist since Kizuna is a thing. In comparison to past collabs this one just didn't do anywhere near enough in terms of content or characters while also choosing a horrible time to release. Unfortunate since I do love the series but at the same time I didn't expect much out of a Mushoku Tensei collab that happened in between seasons.

I made a post in the facebook group when the stranger things collab and warning players, especially f2p players, to NOT SUMMON FOR ELEVEN. It was a pretty in depth post, but it just came down to eleven being a worse version of red sariel and then the banner sucked and the other units were actually so unusable (jim could be fun for whales but thats it). I had people sending fuckin death threats and saying that I am human garbage for providing a logical warning to not summon for basically useless units. Since then I have basically just assumed all grand cross players are ass breathers and wish the worst for their spending habits :)

If I'm being honest Attack on Titan is pretty low. Like the show is the best out of all the collabs, by far. But the units..? Did they ever do anything? The universe sticks out almost as bad as Stranger Things. Only thing I'll give it is that it isn't the 8th medieval fantasy isekai show collab in a row. 🤣

Every collab was hype enough for people to summon except stranger things. The units being good or not was irrelevant to how hype the event was. People summoned on AoT because it's AoT and not because the units were good. Same reason why a good chunk of people will summon for Mushoku Tensei even if the collab doesn't bring anything new simply because they are fans of the franchise. To make my point clearer, they could drop a fate collab and make the collab characters emiya, cu, artoria and gilgamesh but they are bad and absolutely unusuable in today's content. You really think that's gonna stop people from summoning or being hype? I miss the days when you tried your hardest to make Eren Jäger viable in PVP, giving him UR Gear, knowing he's bad but having fun trying anyway and then failing miserably. Those were fun days.
