Finally we did something before the Swedes did, appearing in this series! I intend to take full credit for this, y’all can bite me😌 Here’s my top Switzerland-The Code/2024(Last time we had Fairytale, my second favorite Eurovision song of all time. This time we had The Code, my favorite Eurovision song of all time, and the first time I watched that I felt my favorite could win. I nearly broke the couch when I jumped❤🤍❤) Turkey-Love Me Back/2012 (As much as I LOVE 2010’s maNga, the silly boat and the catchy song just takes it) Finland-This one is probably a surprise but Something Better/2014(Since this is my country, I also have my other top 5, best to worst. Dark side(2021), Cha Cha Cha(2023), Hard Rock Hallelujah(2006) and Leave Me Alone(2007)) Moldova-Run Away/2010(Come on. You know why. Though I will say, Pasha’s both attempts, O Mie, Hey Mamma, Sugar and Trenuletul are all very close. Moldova does not disappoint. Usually.) Czechia-Pedestal/2024(I’ve ranked about 30% of all 2021-2024 songs into one total list and Pedestal and My Sister’s Crown are one after the other, right next to each other. I remember first hearing this song in ESCZ and desperately hoping it wins, then being disappointed it won’t win due to the live and then being ecstatic when it won, only to be disappointed when everyone ranked it low. But never me, long live our Aikonic queen❤)

For me: Switzerland: I do agree that Switzerland has some incredible gems, but I think Répondez-moi (2020) is just something special and probably would have won if the 2020 contest happened. Türkiye: Yes I do love Düm Tek Tek but I think Deli (2008) is just a better package overall. Finland: Finland has an amazing track record, but I think it's Cha Cha Cha (2023) all the way. Honorable mentions are Leave Me Alone (2007) and När jag blundar (2012). Moldova: They had an incredible hot streak in 2009-2013 and I really have a hard time deciding between all of those, but I honestly think Hora din Moldova (2009) is just a little bit better than the rest. Czechia: Yep yep yep. My Sister's Crown (2023) easily.
