For tickets please I started a run and made it to the boss level. I made my way down the track to the area where the train is, then went off course to the left side of bridge. The train will come spawning out of the hills over there, and you can usually use the terrain to just ride right on top of it. You have to ride the train almost to the other side of the bridge to complete the challenge. Hope that helps

For ring of fire it's easiest on the desert track when at the top of the pyramid just hit the ring of fire no real jumping through it necessary

The Mega Park one is easier to reach if you turn around at the start and do a 180. The loop drop is at the end of that tunnel, can't miss it

Ok, I got it now. I didn't realize the Stoker Park token is not included in this video, that's why I missed it. There are only 7 locations shown in this video. So in case someone else is missing the last one, it's in Stoker Park, up the hill right behind the starting location.
