The main reason I want Scout back on Death Battle is to see how exactly Death Battle would take the "he can't die until he has sex with every woman" feat since it is both canon (Scout didn't know Tom Jones was dead and was also there in heaven with him so it's not a hallucination) and doesn't go against any of their rules

36:51 I will say that this is still in character with Sweet Tooth, mainly because it's not just murder that matters to him, it's the joy of seeing his victim's lights go out as he kills them. Death and Chaos are all that embody who he is, especially when he is the cause of someone's death. Sweet Tooth wants to see his victim's lights go out before his own eyes. He wants to watch them suffer and die while looking at his mask. So this is still in character with Sweet Tooth. His only character flaw is his tunnel vision; if he encounters someone who is more crafty and a challenge, someone like the Joker, he can be defeated. So this scene is on point. I will reiterate that Sweet Tooth isn't brainless, and he can be crafty as well with his executions. However when he tunnel visions on the kill he wants, that's all he focuses on and nothing else, which is precisely what the Joker took advantage of.

Another fantastic job, you never miss with these reviews. This season wasn't the best, but it had it's moments. Rachet and Clank vs. Jak and Daxter was definitely my favorite. I played both these trilogies to no end as a kid, the modeling for the fight is impressive, and it felt straight out of a Saturday morning cartoon.

Mewtwo vs Shadow was definitely a roller coaster when it came to my opinion. At first I liked it because I predicted the outcome correctly, but then I grew a real man's brain and realized that the fight was garb. As for the urban legend, I have no idea how it came to be in the first place. Don told me that there might have been a rant he made, but even then he said it wasn't reflective of what actually happened. IG the only way I could've seen it get as popular as it did was because Biff Weed brought it up one time and everybody decided to go along with it. Don't get me wrong, Biff's not a bad dude for that, I'm not fully blaming him (especially since I know he's in direct contact with multiple people on the Death Battle team, so he has more credibility than most), but at the same time it's still weird that an entire fact that was on the wiki for so many years basically came up because some dude said it without bringing up a source. It's like with so many other rumors like Gen made Wiz pansexual following his crush on Zuko, Ruby vs Ragna had corporate meddling, etc. with nobody ever citing a source for those claims (though tbf nobody's exactly debunked those, either). Anyways, thanks for showing the JoJo ASB R footage. That game is infinitely better than sex fr. :)))

Well, the rumor was already a thing long before Biff mentioned it. I clearly remember first hearing about it from TV Tropes around the season 5 or 6 days. That just further proves you should take whatever you hear from the internet with a grain of salt unless you know for a fact that you have official confirmation.

Like they said that Captain Falcon was planned to fight All Might, but Warner contacted them directly and told them to have Falcon fight a Mortal Kombat character. Of course, this was never cited.

I just finished the doomsday vs hulk part of this video and honestly i would like to see a run back on both fighters with there brand new martial As for on the debate side i might have to give it to hulk the win ........... By a Margin of 51 to 49 for the fight because yes hulk might have the highest scaling he had ever had including new feats but that Adaptation is just so Broken i do wonder how a fight with these two would truly go and yes i want to see replays to this opinion of my to see what other people are thinking for this fight and the outcome (P.s i paused the video dont worry)

I gotta call you out for one thing with the Ganon vs Bowser part. Maybe I missed it but you said characters should be used at there best and had Bowser at galaxy level but wouldn’t the castle be a massive anti feat as well? In fact, Ganon does have cosmic arguments just like Bowser so the logic of not having a holy weapon of there stats were similar (both got lowballed) is valid.

I feel like here’s a good spot to leave what will surely be a hot take. I feel like the “Guest characters” have worn themselves a bit thin. Focusing mainly on deadpool since I constantly ask myself “Why does he praise Deadpool vs The mask for helping Wade realize he doesn’t just need to be a quirky comedic relief character, yet constantly has him be his quirky comedic relief sidekick?” That’s not to say you can’t just have Flip d switch on to review these with you. I don’t mean in any disrespect. Carrik is likely my favorite DB reviewer for having genuine energy when it comes to reviewing this show.

For all its faults, I've grown to respect a lot of Season 3, though 80% of that respect is definitely the 3D episodes. My least favorites are still RamonAmy and TracerScout, but especially RamonAmy. I can harp about it all day and I agree it's a really poor MU, but they're the characters I care most about from this season, even with episodes as bad as Mewtwo vs Shadow, and it really frustrates me how much the ending was butchered. Another great review like always Nate, well done! (Also I stand by Pinkiepool is a good episode and good finale that could've gone even more bonkers without the development issues.)

I don't like Amy MUs that include "she's a stalker" in the connections and the fact that Knives doesn't even cameo in the fight is really annoying. Hell in the climax with the tornado of arcade machines, Amy doesn't even jump. Her sprite is a static image that moves like a computer mouse is dragging it from machine to machine, there is no indication of her exerting any actual movement.

You wanna know what pisses me off the most in this season? Scout vs Tracer. You wanna know why? It's cuz it gets SO much wrong during the fight. In fact, I will make a list for everything wrong with the fight animation: 1. Scout doesn't get to run around that much. 2. Tracer uses her Blink too often 3. Bonk basically gives Scout Ultra Instinct, not Ultra Ego. 4. Scout can't even attack during Bonk except for using his taunt kill. 5. Scout's weapon variety is SUPER underutilized. 6. Scout's Scattergun works more like a lever-action shotgun rather than a pump-action shotgun and even then, it's lever-action feature is for reloading. 7. THAT'S NOT EVEN ANY OF THE SCOUT'S SCATTERGUNS!! THAT'S DANTE'S SHOTGUN, THE COYOTE-A!! 8. THE COYOTE-A ISN'T A PUMP-ACTION SHOTGUN! IT'S A MIX BETWEEN A DOUBLE-BARREL AND MAGAZINE-FED SHOTGUN! IF YOU'RE GOING TO USE THE WRONG GUN BECAUSE YOU DON'T HAVE THE RESOURCES FOR IT, AT LEAST FIRE IT LIKE IT'S ACTUALLY DESIGNED OR FIRE IT LIKE THE FORCE-A-NATURE OR STOCK SCATTERGUN!! While I do appreciate the idea of giving Deadpool vs Pinkie Pie the benefit of the doubt under the circumstances. I still can't help but find it annoying with some light charm to it at the start of the fight and Deadpool talking to the cast. I mostly still find both analyses a pain to sit through with poor choice of both fighters going to other lackluster past episodes (Beisdes Ken vs Terry). Like, imagine if they went back to either fan-favorite episodes to gush over or controversial episodes to change the outcome themselves. I know in Deadpool vs The Mask they do at least make a joke about the latter, but overall this episode ain't for me. Even though that's how Pinkie Pie is supposed to sound, still can't help but find it ear-piercing annoying to listen to her speak Now to my surprise, I knew that this wasn't meant to be the finale, but I could have sworn it was Megazord vs Voltron that was supposed to be the season 3 finale and then later was meant to be the season 4 premier but kept getting pushed back to be fully done. This led to it being the most expensive episode to make back then, which I thought checked out due to this and Lara vs Nathan's lack of quality in some areas. But yeah, I do feel this has the aspects of a good season finale being a gag 4th wall break, but tbh, that's not what I really come for in a season finale. It just served as a reminder as an end note to how poor season 3 was the sprite fight department minus Ken vs Terry and Zorro vs Erza Oh, excellent video as always. Always love hearing your thoughts and I enjoyed the skits. Can't wait for the season 4 review, the season of mediocrity with some highs.
