To be honest, I feel tracer versus scout would be the best option here. Not necessarily because I disagree with the outcome, but just because With these two characters of so much you could do creatively that the original didn’t do that you could bring back in this one. Although still really wanted an erza vs zoro remaster.

I would absolutely love to see a rematch between Master Chief and Doomguy/slayer because I would love to see them tear down the universal/multiversal claims as MC wins again plus that episode has a lot more potential then they could realistically do at the time with a larger budget, the a great animation team and a kickass OST this could potentially be such a great fight.

Well, that was certainly a lot to unpack. All in all, this was a fun video nonetheless diving into the options provided with the rematch poll. No Batman Beyond vs Spider-Man 2099 and Beast vs Goliath on the poll did sting I won’t lie. With that said, there are a few aspects I’d like to offer my two cents with. Firstly, when it comes to the whole “Chief vs Slayer may end up turning into “Slayer featuring Chief”, it is fair to point out that a lot of new material has come out for Halo since 2011. 3 mainline games, good handful of novels, and a whole ass show worth of new stuff, all of which do expand more upon Chief as a character and also do add to the overall MU. Slayer would likely still win but even then, I feel like there’s enough to where Chief isn’t overlooked by all of the new DOOM stuff. For Shadow vs Mewtwo, I do get the argument of like, for not really wanting an alt option like Mewtwo vs BWG because Digimon should come back in a Non-Pokemon MU, but I feel like that logic can also work against Mewtwo vs Shadow. Mewtwo is definitely a character that deserves to come back, but just like with Digimon, it could also be considered underwhelming to have Mewtwo come back and just fight Shadow…again. This is mostly just my takeaway but just something I felt mentioning. I think that’s about it- 29:37 OKAY NAH YOU OPENED THIS CAN OF WORMS RACCOON. I’M ABOUT TO PULL OUT MY NOTES TO DISPROVE ANY ASPECTS OF MHA’S ENDING THAT IS FALSE AND SHOW WHY MHA’S ENDING IS GREAT… Anyway yeah fun vid. Regardless of what MU wins, it is fun to talk about what rematches could happen on DB in the future, whether they’re in this poll or not. All that’s left to do now is wait and see what happens next. Crossing my fingers for a ChiefSlayer W but I also wouldn’t be upset if something like ShadTwo won as well.

The one I voted for was Termacop because it's a legacy matchup not fueled by spite, and both have gotten a decent amount of new material to work with since that episode. Terminator has a few new movies, and Robocop has a new video game. On the flipside, I REALLY don't want Shadow vs Mewtwo. Ignoring any and all connections they might have, Shadow BITCH SLAPS Mewtwo. I'm confident in saying that there is no Pokemon currently existing today aside from maybe Arceus himself that even comes close to Shadow's power level. He doesn't even need his Super form to slaughter Mewtwo. His new powers would probably be enough to win, and I know Pokemon fans are gonna say, "Well, Mewtwo just needs to erase Shadow's memory. Then Shadow's cooked lol." First of all, Shadow's more than fast enough to prevent Mewtwo from ever getting that opportunity, and second of all, Shadow can fight without memories as evidenced by the opening of Team Dark's story in Sonic Heroes. Mewtwo is not coming out of this alive any way you slice it.

As someone who honestly wants the tmnt royale more then the other ideas aside from mewtwo vs shadow I think it could work just with a different take on it like i think the best way to handle it is by doing it in the opposite way of the original rather then fully compositing all 4 of them have each turtle be apart of a different series like Leo could be from the 2012 series Donnie from 2003 mikey from 1987 and raph from rise it would get around the issue since they are pretty different in terms of their series and characters and make for a more interesting debate and animation while I would prefer other matchups for the turtles like old man Logan vs last ronin is one of my top 10 most wanted I’d be happy to see this Plus the tmnt battle Royale was the first episode I ever watched so I’d be happy for it

Regarding better Doomguy matchups, one that I started to really like is the Space Marine from Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey (named Tadano Hitonari according to an audio drama but otherwise an unnamed protagonist) SMT from what I can tell is pretty broken in terms of power, and I like the idea of a guy who gets power from killing demons vs a guy whos method of fighting involves summoning demons

He publicly mocked the source material for Lovely Complex. He helped with making the English dub, and instead of localizing it with accurate translations he bragged about doing things to the dub that were just for his own personal tastes based off his disliking for the source material. In the process he revealed details he wasn't supposed to which broke his NDA, causing him to get fired. So he's essentially been blacklisted from the industry for his unprofessional behavior.

dang, i really underestimated how popular Mewtwo v Shadow is. mostly because i really don't like the connections. It honestly boils down to "same backstory". Also no Sepheroth v Vergil made me sad. I get not everyone buys universal DMC, it is not as straight forward as "he made big thing go boom", but the Vergil lowballing was disrespectful.
