Fun fact: Amaura and Aurorus have the dubious honour of being able to die instantly to hazards upon switching in no matter how much HP they have. They take 25% from Rocks, 25% from 3-layer Spikes and the remaining 50% from Steelspikes. That's an accomplishment, all right.

In Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness, every Shadow Pokemon gets a unique move upon purification that they couldn't get in any other game (at least at the time). One of the moves Shadow Lugia got upon purification is Psycho Boost. Most of the other special moves were basic stuff like heal bell, charm, refresh, etc on Pokemon that couldn't learn those moves normally, but some Pokemon got some very interesting and fascinating moves. It's also the game where you could get a Chikorita with Frenzy Plant, Cydnaquil with Blast Burn, and Totodile with Hydro Cannon, letting the three base and middle stages of the Johto starters learn the "ultimate elemental moves" that are normally reserved for the fully evolved starters.

Yep, which means the only way Lugia can legally have Psycho Boost as of now in Gen VIII is to be one that was transferred all the way from XD Gale of Darkness. Which is a pretty crazy task to start with if you think about how many Pal Parks and transfer games you got to play.
