@@keelinmacken9552 the fastest you can go is with the book on horses, 1 spicy eel, 1 triple shot espresso, feed your horse a carrot and ride your horse on a path. Other than teleporting that's the fastest you can move.

I learned that after making your game kids turn into doves, they can visit you as birds if you have the bird house on your farm. Played that farm for 6 in game years and within a week of sending the kids off the same white dove was perched on the bird house. I had never seen a white bird on those darned birdhouses until then. I had a mini heart attack and now I don’t feel safe playing the game lmao

1. Did you know fish buffs now affect items sold by willy? Did you hit level 1 fishing and need the fiberglass rod on day 2? Now you can eat a trout soup for +1 or a sea jelly and buy it early! Snagged a seafoam pudding early? Go ahead and use it at level 1 to buy the iridium rod early. 2. Treasure totems! They now allow you to till previously untillable soil on your farm. Those sneaky patches of grass on the forestland farm can now be farmed come day 1 of the new season. Use that treasure totem to max out your farm space!

The Forge allows you to do with swords the same thing the sewing machine does with footwear: combine the appearance of one with the stats of another. The Meowmere appearance can thus be given to a better sword! Beware though: if you make a Galaxy Sword look like a Meowmere, the forge will no longer recognize it as a Galaxy Sword, so Galaxy Souls cannot be used to upgrade it into the Infinity Sword. So to have the best sword, upgrade it first and THEN give it the Meowmere appearance.

I actually think it works the other way around. Aka I was able to use Galaxy Souls on it, but it eventually turned into Infinity Blade and lost appearance of Meowmere.

It worked a bit differently in my game. I was able to use Galaxy Souls on the Galaxy Sword with the appearance of Meowmere, but with the third Galaxy Soul, it turned into Infinity Blade completely with the appearance of Infinity Blade and my Meowmere was completely lost.

The CA logo doesn't do the green leaves every time--I think it's only for a certain amount of times you've opened the game. It will react and make a sound when clicked tho! Also, the Prismatic Butterfly can't just show up randomly. It's a powerup from the Statue of Blessings.

9:30 I find this weapon very cool to "reskin" my current weapon within the forge. Then I can have my best sword with this texture. I also love this little easter egg. On my first time playing I found an Ancient doll and then I went into the mines (because I found a worm spot on the way to the mines and got the ancient doll) I then got to the lava lake the first time, and I was like huh why not try to throw it in. Not knowing what would happen. I got the pylon stone and I kept it. Then way way later I made friends with the wizard and I could enter his room. There I noticed the bottom part of a Terraria pylon, I then thought what if this is a little Terraria easter egg. And boom it worked and I was very surprised to get the sword haha. Terraria also got me into stardew valley. I recently did a lot of Terraria, and I thought, why not get every pet (or try to get them) and I got the junimo pet in Terraria. I also found the reference to stardew valley (because I looked online for Terraria pets on how to get them.) I then thought, why not try stardew valley, it's not that expensive. And I have been loving Stardew valley. Its super cool that these games have small easter eggs from other games. It's really cool that they all promote each other and have little references to other games :)

As of the 1.6.4 patch, trinket frogs won't eat truffle crabs anymore, so you shouldn't have to worry about it anymore.

First of all the video is clearly titled HIDDEN SECRETS and EASTER EGGS!.. I talk about both things. Although giant crops may not be classed as an easter egg, correct.. they did get added to SDV has a hidden secret! No one knew about them until they got discovered. Same with putting hats on pets and the alien rarecrow. If it is not considered an easter egg then it is probably considered a hidden secret instead, something players freely discover in the game for a surprise, and not just reading the patch notes like you clearly do. @@SharkyGamess Both new giant crops (Giant Qi to be specific), and hats on pets were features Concerned Ape revealed and advertised MONTHS in advance (in October 2023) to keep players hyped for patch 1.6. It's not something players dug through the patch notes to find, it was literally publicly announced by the author himself would be in the game. THAT is why neither of those can be called either 'Easter Eggs' or 'Hidden Features'.

Remember you can use the new weapons at the forge with the infinity weapons to make them more powerful but have the newer weapons displayed :) I did this with the meowmere and the infinity sword

Actually I did had a truffel crap on my farm. And it was a very scary thing. But the beast was easy to fight and it droped some loot, so I do not mind if they come.... I love that I can find shirts and all kind of other random stuff while farming. And I am so happy about the possum. And that funny weapons on that desert fastival.... this is such a fun thing to watch.

You can plant grass starters on the grass tiles, but it won't spread naturally. Grass only naturally grows and spreads on dirt tiles.
