Note and contry to your video here: Post 2018 i8's benefit from a larger battery and a more powerful motor, plus a larger fuel tank, so have a bigger more extended range. Also laser lights came as standard post 2018 cars.

That’s a lot of work for apple car play 😮 I was able to download apple car play for my 2017 x6 off the connected drive store in the car payed $300 and it downloaded itself into the car a few minutes later

@@200mphBrian Well maybe it actually depends on the dealership. I had a 2017 BMW i3 and i forgot to check the service history on it and it had no history whatsoever. This was after i bought it, i called BMW and asked, they voided the warranty for driveunit and gearbox etc.

You should have just went with a new Android head unit they offer one with a larger screen as well as it being touch screen and I'm not sure what you paid for your Apple carplay interface but the full Android head unit sells for less than 500
