As a saxophone player. That sounds like an actual scale. But there is only 3 buttons that you mainly press. The 4th ones are different shaped and are used for sharps and flats (Not all sharps and flats!)

I’m a drummer/percussionist, and over the years, I’ve collected some great instruments over the years. I got my first kit when I was 3. I don’t know how I remember it, but it was a red CB kids 3-piece kit with a less-than stellar cymbal. I grew up and got my 2nd kit at age 5, which was a Starion by Yamaha kit in black. Had that for a few years before getting my Pearl Forum kit in Red Wine. I then got a Roland TD-1 kit for my first electronic kit. But fast forward to now, I have my dream kit: a DW Design Series kit in Midnight Blue Satin!!!! And around the perimeter of the kit, Zildjian A Custom cymbals, along with a K Custom Hybrid Splash, a Platinum Rock crash, and a regular A Series Cymbal!!!!

@@justinechaine5679 If you are learning classical guitar then playing the uke fingerstyle would be a breeze. I never "strum"and play fingerstyle only. Also learning clawhammer. It fits the ukulele perfect.

I actually first started learning standard guitar chords on classical guitar :) I can't choose between accoustic and classical though, both sound amazing and can look great in their own ways

It's called GAS, Elise, as you may know. Gear Acquistion Syndrome. I am primarily a bass player with my own Allman Brothers tribute band, Idlewild West, in the Bay Area. I sold my 69 Gibson SG a few weeks ago and ordered a multi scale Ibanez bass for a grand. I also sold my Gibson 75 J 40. I sold my two Trace Elliot bass cabs this week as I bought two Barefaced bass cabs, ordered from England. And it goes on. Kazoos are pretty cheap, so good for you.

Hi, Elise. Playing the bass is actually pretty easy, especially if you already know how to play the guitar (it might help to plug it in, first LOL). The Bass guitar is if you take the lowest four strings on a bass and push them down an octave. And while there are some bass chords, for the most part, bass lines are one note at a time. I'm not being mean, though! Any instrument is hard to play at first! I am still learning how to bass, myself. Did you know there are bass ukeleles? They have the same tuning as bass guitars and are kind of like a mini version of an acoustic bass.
