I was actually pleasantly surprised that the two retired stadiums did so well, at least compared to the discounted prices LEGO gave at the end of their shelf lives! The Camp Nou was available for less than €200 at LEGO and is now regularly selling for around 40% more than that on Bricklink, better than most retired sets from 2022 in my view. But I agree that the Santiago Bernabéu is too expensive, so only if it gets similar discounts would it be worth it

Thanks for the video. All modular fans want to have Assembly square and it is one of the top of modular sets. I believe this set will do well but will hold a bit longer. Its a huge set, takes too much space so who have it will be the winner.

The birds of paradise set was on sale for $70 (30% off) several times on both Target & LEGO shop at home, I think it was in fall of 2021; that made me think it didn’t sell well to begin with and there wasn’t as much demand for that one as compared to the other botanicals.

I’m thinking the market saturation of the original Friends set is going to make the Friends Apartment set a good investment. Investors will be gun shy to invest and all those who purchased the original set will eventually want this one. I think this is big money if you can get it at a reasonable discount.

Jake, another great video. Thank you for the info. Two corrections for you. Your pronunciation for vitiligo is incorrect. Try a google or dictionary search with tricky words to keep your pronunciations clean. Finally, at 20:38 you said "This set has 800 less pieces." You should have said "fewer pieces." Generally speaking, if a noun is plural or countable, we say fewer, not less.

I actually did look up a google pronunciation of the word vitiligo before shooting this video and thought I got close to the correct pronunciation… would you be able to spell it phonetically for me?? 2. I think this one has probably hit its peak. It will defiantly be worth more and more over time but I would imagine just incremental appreciation in value. But if you have it 20 years from now it'll likely be worth 2-3k Euro
