Same here, and I'm pretty fit but I feel like most people can't do handstand push-ups cause you actually have to include it in your workout routine and then you slowly get better at it.

Start with pike presses and feet elevated pike presses. I still can’t do a handstand push-up but I’m working towards it one day

Took me a solid year to get my first ten second handstand. Now I can hold more than 1 minute with ease. The trick is to practice every single day. More than 2 days without training it will set you back significantly.

Fair but with standing dumbbell you’re training individual stability. With hspu it’s like the ground is a fixed barbell

same I prefer calisthenics in general over weightlifting, it just feels better and more natural + I'm increasing relative strength enabling me to do cool moves

Handstand push up is a closed chain exercise so it’s a more stable than opened chained movements like DB press. Lower risk exercise…but because it’s easier it’s not as effective at taxing the shoulder muscles.

Handstand pushup looks more impressive and is better depending on your goals. I don't know of u can't tell but he doesn't train to lift more weights.

@@crocodile177 yet cbum has some of the best delts in bodybuilding.working the delts is more than just pressing . Handstand push-ups won’t build impressive looking delts more than pressing at high intensity
