You meet him 4 times in Galaxy and he's the only one who visits you in the Mushroom Kingdom in Grand Finale Galaxy and is an absolute bro and thinks Mario's homeland is really cool, and he's the only one who also returns in Galaxy 2. Phil Board is also respectable as he appears twice and is quite friendly to you. Gil Board is low-key kinda lame, he's nice enough I guess, but while he claims he's famous, he only shows up once in some random back corner and is never seen again. Jill Board is rather rude, and come to think of it is kinda straight-up racist lol, so definitely the worst of the family.
