Kangaroo Yoshi has been my tour main since the moment I got him, and Sunshine Mario isn’t too far behind. Also, you only need to beat the game to get the costume in sunshine. The blue coins are still useless.

Those two skins are definitely in my top 5 alternate character skins of the game. Kangaroo Yoshi is definitely the best alternate Yoshi skin the game has. Same can be said for Sunshine Mario but with Mario.

The fact that Kangaroo Yoshi has Boxing Gloves makes me think of Des Kangaroo from Yu-Gi-Oh, specifically GX due to a character using that monster

Bringing these alts back for Mario Kart X or 10 would be so cool ala Mario Odyssey. Of course I wouldn't blame them for making these guys microtransactions again. Don't let the models go to waste Nintendo. I hope we get to see them again at some point. Well.....most of them.
