I believe Ant-man and Capt Marvel will be set to tie up any remaining loose ends before the story proceeds on with Avengers 4. With Capt Marvel coming up, the story after Thanos might be headed towards the cosmic universe. Maybe it'll lead towards the Skrull-Kree war story arc.

Soul Stone can't bring people back from the dead, no one can, at least in the real sense in Marvel Universe. Which is what One Above All said, even he couldn't do that, and he's the "true" god of the Marvel Universe. Soul Stone doesn't "kill" people either, which is what happened during Infinity War. The stone move beings to a pocket dimension in essence removing them from the current one, and has the power to bring those beings back to this world, which is what it means by the Soul Stone having control over life and death. Gamora didn't "die" from the Soul Stone, which means that there's no soul to move around with the stone, the other heroes don't have this issue, which means they can be brought back by different means. So the most likely thing is that Gamora didn't actually die in Infinity War, just passed out, and the Soul Stone only recognizes the willingness of Thanos to sacfirice his daughter.

G.O.G Vol. 3 is happening, Spiderman Sequel too. The original avengers were left so they probably fight Thanos in the next Avengers movie. Dr. Strange saw the Infinity War 14 million times and he doesn't have a solution on how to win it. The only way to win is to lose it that's why he didn't stopped Star Lord and instead Stark did. He also knew that they will be revived anyways.

Probably not. They will most likely extend the contract and build another story around some other big event. But the original deal 10 years ago was to be 20 years of movies (if they succeeded in the box office, which the majority have. They have yet to have a major dud) with multiple phases. That is why these movies are so well done with each other. It has been planned extensively. Something to look forward to now is that Disney got the rights to the Fantastic Four from Fox. So they can finally do something good with Dr.Doom and Silver Surfer.

NerdPickleGaming I'm tired of going into movies were the heros have nothing to loose and simply never do. I'm tired of characters coming back from the dead. That's what made the comics so good, sometimes they died. Months later they would reboot the comic book. It made it to where you weren't sure the good guys were going to win. Plus, iron man's contact with Disney/marvel is coming to an end, and I think the actors want to do more with career than play the same character for the rest of their lives. And retiring is a pussy way to go out, Cap won't retire and Thor is "god of thunder", gods don't just retire.

GoG3 is confirmed to be released after Spider Man sequel, which implies that Spidey comes back. I can't say for sure that there will be Peter Quill in GoG3, but it's likely that the events during Infinity War pt2 (or during Captain Marvel) brought most if not all the "dead" characters, since they're not actually dead, Soul Stone doesn't do that, it moves their being to a pocket universe. As for Gamora, who knows? maybe she didn't die after all, and the sacrifice necessary for Thanos to get the stone was the willingness to do just that, not the actual act of sacrificing his daughter.

Yeah, as far as I know the timeline would be something like : Infinity War I > Ant Man > Venom (not really MCU but still) > Captain Marvel > Infinity War II (or whatever the new title's going to be) > Spider Man > Dr. Strange 2 / Black Panther 2 / Widow / Eternals / GoG 3 (not sure of the order of these). So yeah, they will come back, at least Strange, Spider Man and Panther.
