It 100% depends on your budget. If you have more of a budget, the normal quest 3 is the move

the quest 3s has the same lenses as the quest 2, i've seen the quest 3's pancake lenses, and I cant go back to the old ones, deffinetly get the quest 3, if you dont have the money, just wait till you do, cuz if you get the quest 3s, I have a feeling youll regret it, and think to yourself that you should have gotten the quest 3

to be honest the rift s was a very good headset its just the mic and the lenses and its also really comfortable.

with the 3s it would probably be the lenses from pancake to fresnel and that its more front heavy again

Tbf it's more affordable though so you can't blame them especially since that's really the only big difference. The other changes are super minor
