Now granted i'm not in construction just a DYI type, and i have all the tools on your list, but the tool i use way more than expected is the M12 bandsaw, most used is probably the impact driver of course, always reaching for one of them, that probably why i have multiples

I got the 12v milwaukee compact hammer drill and impact driver with a 2 and 4 ah charger and bag for $115. I just returned it today. Did not like the grip and the batteries felt doomed to break and fall out while using. Was not impressed. The skil for $49 was better. Plus if I need a hammer drill I have the dewalt 007
