Chris Simms has been wrong about Goff for a long time, and he doesn’t want to admit it. He’s willing to say Stafford is legit because of a season where he led the NFL in interceptions, but Goff has a great year in a team that didn’t just sign every elite player in the NFL & that doesn’t solidify him? Simms says “the other 7 years of Jared Goff” like most of that wasn’t multiple playoff wins & pro bowls (over many years.) He won a playoff game with a broken finger in 2021! He got to through the playoffs & to the Super with Cooper Kupp & Todd Gurley on IR. & Won many playoff games since. Why doesn’t he see that?

I think that they realize baker has been let down by poor organizations. Busts don't typically break the passing td record in their rookie year. Cleveland has been stacked forever but always changing staffs is such a burden. Geno Smith had a ton of drama and just kept competing and trying and went to a great organization. Baker might not be Brady or rodgers or manning. But he could be russel wilson, Matt Ryan, Ryan tannehil. You can go to super bowls with those guys if you have a good organization behind them

If you don't know about bakers history you really should look it up. He consistently bounced around college. Competed against the top qbs for starts. All that guy has ever done is compete at a high level. If he was taller and got drafted by the Patriots we might be talking about him being the next Tom Brady. Take manning vs Brady for example. If you watch the film you know Peyton had more talent. But the pats had the better organization

The Saints sorely need a franchise QB. Sadly I think Loomis is going to keep Dennis Allen another year. And sadly, I feel he's already picked his starter for next year, Andy Dalton. Something is wrong there with him not giving Jameis Winston back his starting job even after our offense is averaging around 13 points per game over the last few weeks. Plus even though we're mathematically still alive for the division the fans realize it's not happening. So, why doesn't Allen make some changes to try to shake things up? Since we gave away our number one pick to the Eagles we're stuck with drafting a QB in the 2nd round now if they even go that route.

Bad Defenses Bears, Vikes? (32 ranked secondary) and he is 1 - 2. Meets a good team in the Bills and can't move = ticket to the hospital. Now he gets more bad defenses in Lions, JAGS, and Seahawks. His Red Zone stats are horrible and he cant Fn run...Turtle. When Zach gets consistent and continues to grow his ceiling is light years ahead of Mike WHITE. ( 5 year ignored QB...just an average Ken O'Brien for anybody that knows football. GO JETS!

As a 49ers fan, I think Jimmy G will go to the NFC south or have a reunion with Robert Saleh at the Jets (most likely option). Jimmy can play at a good enough level to be a starter at most teams but he seems to be getting injured every year. Hopefully he can go and play at a high level and not get injured. Then 49ers wont have to worry about paying top dollar to 49ers until 2026 and can pay St. Nick Bosa when his contract is up.

See idk man...I watch Jones every wk and I like him. I think he's 1 of the 32 best QBs, but I don't love him. Maybe it's just in contrast to watching Mahomes, Allen, Burrow, Herbert, etc. He's big and mobile, but his arm is just average. He has a problem too, where although he's calm under pressure, he doesn't feel it well. I just see a cap of how far he can get you yr-to-yr. I wouldn't be surprised if Giants find a way to draft Levis or Richardson. Daboll can treat him as his Allen like project

Giants aren't paying Daniel Jones the big money. They have a great coach they can go draft a rookie and continue to rebuild on the cheap. Brian Daboll deserves to get "his guy" and move the team into real contention. Daniel Jones needs to go. The Commanders should sign Taylor Heinicke as the starter since they are gonna stay with Scott Turner. All QBs miss throws. Heinicke is better than Jones and you don't have to pay him the farm like with Daniel Jones, a high draft pick. If the Commanders let Rivera go and get a new HC & OC keep Wentz.

I think Jimmy G should be a starter for a team, now which team he would fit best with I have no clue. Nah you don’t get it. Seahawks have a coach looking for one last sb run in a 3-5yr window. Geno had little wear n tear and is actually still young enough to play qb. He’s a drop back passer, so can last until about 37/38 years old They need to fill out their defense more than anything. Geno at this level is good enough.

@@mainaccount4421 Goff had more talent around him and better coaching and he couldn't get over the top with the Rams. That's why they moved on from him and look what happened ......... Stafford got them a Super Bowl. Goff having a solid year so far but there is a HUGE discrepancy between his home and away performance. And he was in a multi-year decline in terms of his level of play. (Again, he's bounced back this year). With 3 of their last 4 on the road and a playoff berth a very real possibility these last 4 games are critical to Goff in terms of his future with the Lions.
