I remember in economics class a few months back, we were asked if we had seen a 2$ bill, and I wrote down and said "Jefferson" since most of the questions (it was grade level stuff on the first day for some reason despite being a far more mature audience) were about who was on what dollar bill its basically an inside joke now

I've never understood the need for Washington, Jefferson, and Lincoln on more than one form of currency. Personally, I would like to see James Madison, James Monroe, and Elizabeth Cady Stanton take each of their places on at least one piece of currency. Maybe Madison on the Quarter, Monroe on the 5$, and Stanton on the Nickel

Mr Beat: Doesn't mention commemorative coins *angry coin collector noises* Seriously, great video, and the mint has slapped basically everyone on commemorative coins. Also, a Native American was on the Indian Head penny from 1859-1908 and Lady Liberty was on practically every denomination of coin in the 19th century. There have been plenty of women on American coins, they just aren't, uh, real.

Good points!

You could also include the hundreds of commemorative coins. Also, I saw no mention of Lady Liberty, who, while not a real individual, is the arguably the most important figure ever placed on a United States coin.

Great video and some nice tips! This is a scary time for new investors but the best thing you can do is not to make decisions based on emotions. This could actually be a good time to buy more of your high conviction stocks or crypto on a discount. Wealth is created during bear markets, not bull markets. If your portfolio is really effecting your mental health then delete the app and go for a walk. Let the market do its thing and have a long time horizon. I buy and just trade long term more than ever, I have made over 16` btc from day trading with Ruby Benally in few weeks this is one of the best medium to backup your assets incase it goes bearishyt

I currently live in China where 99% of transactions are done by phone but people still carry bits of cash for little stuff and of course everyone needs nice crisp bills for gift envelopes. All of the money is different colors but each bill features exactly the same portrait (you can probably guess which one). I pointed out to my coworkers that it was unusual for all the money to have the same design and they thought it was funny that I thought so 😂 Coins are so low in value (one yuan is less than a quarter so imagine what a fraction of that is worth) that they're basically useless except for paying bus fares or buying a bag at the supermarket, but every once in a while I've gotten a 1/10 yuan *bill* among my change, I can't imagine how long it's been since those were being printed!
