I explain every single modern Porsche 911 in the lineup and then will talk about the historical Porsche 911s throughout the years. For example, what is a Porsche 930 911, a Porsche 964 911 or a Porsche 991.1 911?
As the video states, some "Special Edition" Porches are released for short periods and are not a lineup staple. I intentionally skipped the following 911s due to video brevity: 911R, 911 Speedster, 911 RSR, 911 S/T, 911 GT3 R, 911 Black Edition, etc. Full 20-30-minute videos are dedicated to just one of these cars; hence, it's not ideal for a general overview of the staple lineup.

Hey, the GT4 is actually a Cayman so I did not include it in this list. The original GT2 is a 997 Porsche launched in 2007 but as of right now they don't make a base GT2

Hello, the history of each car in the lineup could get a full 30 minute video. This topic can be a documentary, so of course it’s simplified. People want a simplified explanation of a complex topic which is the purpose of this video. Could I ask what info about the GT3 is incorrect? Also the Speedster was shown but in the “special” 911 category.

1. "Grossly oversimplified". You must be a simpleton to think it's important to point this out in a 9 minute overview video when you know very well that it would take DAYS, not hours or minutes, literal DAYS to go into every detailed bit of minutia of this car and all its variants. That is the very point of the video: broad strokes for the newbie, not the Porschephile/911 enthusiast. 2. He described the T as a targa model. This is correct. YOU are "practically incorrect" to label this point as "practically incorrect". 3. He describes the base GT3 engine as "a 502 hp, naturally aspirated engine that redlines at 9,000 RPM". In fact, the base GT3's engine is rated at 502 horsepower, it is naturally aspirated and it redlines to 9,000 RPM. In other words, perfectly correct and accurately described in this video. What, he doesn't mention the displacements? That doesn't make the "info wrong". 4. There is no Speedster in the current Porsche 911 lineup when this video was made. In other words, currently there is no such thing as a currently produced Speedster, which is why it makes perfect sense not to mention a car that doesn't exist when discussing cars that currently exist. All 4 points you made are incorrect and have now been corrected for you. What were you even on about when you made this comment? Were you drunk or something? It's okay if you were. We all get wild in the comments now and then.
