The hilarious headbutting of the plant at 3:16 is from his own unique martial art; Shrutejitsu. Dwight is the creator, master and teacher and owns all the belts in Shrutejitsu and it is the most superior marital art. Fact. There were other hints of Shrutejitsu in the episode where he and Michael rumble in the ring, his head butting Jim's car seat sitting in the back rocking out, his random kicks and punches, etc., but why The Office never revealed more Shrutejitsu and it's inner workings remains a mystery and is shrouded in secrecy to this day.
