I disagree on some ratings, especially Snoke. Its at least A teir imo because it reduces damage you take and it kills some injured units, plus it makes any blocks you make much easier to make.

But he is a late game card if you aren’t ramping into Snoke so he’s not helpful against aggro unless you set your deck up for him specifically.

@@user-mk8el1yk3r control is all late game. Getting to turn 8 is what the deck is designed to do, something like Vader Blue for example that has no ramp. I've played that deck a lot and it just gives another option if you haven't drawn a Super Laser Blast

Yeah vader blue is getting to 8 pretty easy. With the new blue support id argue its even easier.

Survivors’ gauntlet can do more than you might think. It can for example move a Traitorous that an opponent played on one of your units to one of their units. Which would give you back your unit and make the traitorous do nothing. That is because any unit is ”an eligible unit” for Traitorous. It just doesn’t do anything unless it’s a unit you don’t control and it has a cost of 3 or less.

Got 20 packs today, still waiting on booster box I ordered to get delivered next week. All shops in town would only sell certain limit of single packs, and got max could get from 3 shops that had packs to sell. Got wrecker, got a Maul, got a holo Krayt Dragon, got quite a few of the ones graded B. I got a Hot Shot DL-44 blaster in one of the packs I got from Promo draft. Looking forward to seeing what comes from the full booster box getting delivered next week.

I honestly think that the dark saber and boba fetts armor should be the same tier. Both are played as a powerful upgrade to a unit. Both fit in one deck. The armor is a great card for boba decks and the dark saber is kind of insane with sabine. Really think the dark saber got underestimated here.

I think the control decks are OK but they are not as strong as they were last set, most likely due to several key cards. - dragon. - maul - tie phantom. In the first few weeks of the availability of these cards on karabast, I was totally wrecking people with the boba blue, had massive massive win rates, but ended up having to look for another way to run the deck/retiring it.. as of several weeks ago the tie phantom, strong emperor decks, and strong Jabba decks became very difficult to beat. It's very difficult to deal with turn after turn of aggression and eventually stabilize because even in the late game you are still on the back foot.

Migs Mayfeld could be good in a hand destruction deck too. There may finally be enough good pieces to make the Cassian hand destruction deck viable enough, with Migs being a significant piece to turn the hand distribution into damage.

I know it’s only once per turn, but the 2 base damage helps a deck that is mostly hand control.

Let the wookie win is WAAAAY better than you make it out to be. You obviously play it only when you have a bunch of resources to ready. At least 5, probably 6. And it doesn’t have to be a wookie. Paying 2 resources to ready a unit of your choice on turn 5 can be crazy even if it isn’t a wookie so it gets to immediately attack with a buff. And if the opponent doesn’t want you do ready your big unit they instead give you 6 resources for an insane tempo swing!

I think what he meant is that since you would gain one resource and lose one resource (not that one you steal) and your opponent loses one resource, the outcome is as if you destroyed a resource for your opponent.

There is absolutely no chance you gave Dr P 30seconds of time AND placed it in C tier. Draws you 2-3 cards at a minimum and eats either 1 or 2 attacks (unless they want you to draw 10+ cards). Control deck eating attacks = massive W. More cards? Massive W. Very very confused as to C placement

there is definitely a bias towards Boba by the game devs. the dude just gets the most powerful stuff there is. i already want his armor banned.

19:43 wdym you don’t want to be playing double vigilance? Iden blue is really really powerful, its great against aggro, okay against midrange and pretty good against most control decks. Its arguably the best/ second best double aspect combination

Iden Blue unfortunately does not actually stack up that well to the meta aggro/midrange decks. Control (especially at the beginning of set 2 meta) is very weak compartively and Iden Blue's tools fall into that category. Things like Krayt dragon/aggresive curves just overwhelm and are harder to deal with than the previous threats we had. It's definitely a strong deck, but the strongest decks are oppressive and Iden Blue has a pretty hard time getting favorable conditions.

@@VeiledShotSWU Idk if you mean set 1 or 2, but for sor it stacks up really well against sabine green and fairly well against sabine yellow. Against boba its more of a 50/50. So it stacks up well against aggro, its alright against midrange. Idk about set 2 though because i havent really tested yet but i believe it wont have a really hard time against aggro due to the immense healing, and i believe imprisoned is a good answer to krayt dragon. Im convinced iden blue will still be a tier 1 deck, even with all the new cards (i hope at least, since it was a big hassle to acquire all the cards without spending a shit ton of money and i would hate if it was basically worthless)

IMO Krayt is more A tier, its amazing for a ramp deck but an aggro deck needs to win before then. Wrecker is the aggro finisher card now
