I'm thinking it's the third example of second inversions, 5707. The open second string E is lower than the third string G, making it a first inversion.

You pointed out 0007 and 0087, but another fairly common voicing is 0037 with the doubled fifth of the chord and the third in the treble. Some of my favorite jazzier C chord rootless voicings are 0485, 0473, and 0422 (lydian). I love those first inversion chords haha Good luck figuring out more voicings everyone, it's fun!

I like playing familiar chord shapes in different places. So play an A chord shape but insert a barre at fret 3 and you have a C chord - which is just one that you showed as a 2nd inversion. I also spotted an F chord (was it at the 10th fret?) which with a barre..Always worth trying, you never know what you might find.
