It's a mix of the little square badges and the code cylinders (those little tubes they wear in their shirts). Those combined to identify someone's rank. While the badges are inconsistent among junior ranks, the codes help identify more of someone's authority. (The more tubes, the higher rank).

Remember Ahsoka? From what i saw, she can easily get Jedi Knight after 4 years, not 10. And after it, after several years to Jedi Master. Why? She was very experienced, smart and skilled, intelligent, strongly connected to the Force, kind, helpful, wise and also very curious, but especially loyal and boundlessly connected to the light side. Considering she can do a lot of stuff from other industries, I bet she could easily be Jedi Sentinel: Investigator and Watchmen. In short, at one of the highest levels. In a few years, definitely a Council Member, and if there's no one better suited, she might make it all the way to Jedi Grand Master. Idk who better can be on that position after Yoda's death.

There were official Jedi healers eh......??? No wonder Anakin was so frustrated with Yoda and the council!!! Hell, all Yoda had to do with Anakin in R.O.T.S. was give him the same lecture to Anakin. But afterwords tell him '' so strong you feel about it, if you can keep secret. Send you to healer I will mhmm. And teach you secret technique they will. And time off you will have to learn it. But only use in life threatening emergency you can''. Booooom Anakin probably doesn't turn to the dark side. Because he would have less trust for Palpy when he talks to Anakin at the Orchestra. Because he's already learning or leaned force heal. And he would know Palpy wasn't being completely honest about that dark side power. Being the only way '' to cheat death''. And he won't need access to the restricted vaults anymore. So now he will feel less butthurt about not being made a Master. So less conflicting emotions until the Palpy and Windu fight scene happens, but this time Anakin is less conflicted. So, either Anakin cuts Palpy's arms off elbow high instead off Windu killing him. Basically, making up for killing Dooku. Or he kills Palpy himself because he doesn't want Windu to feel the same pain and shame, Anakin himself felt deep inside ever sense he killed Dooku the way he did.

So Anakin was easily one of the best duelists and fighters of the jedi order ever, but he didn't like younglings or Padawans. This is shown when he is extremely reluctant to take ahsoka in as his Padawan. So the job was probably not a great fit for him. However, he did deserve the rank of Master denied to him by the council

I loved this video and actually found it very suiting to my life. I'm definitely a temple guard. Here is why. 1 my parents are both pastors so I have a close relationship to church in general, ( temple). 2 I'm actually a security guard ( sentinel). 3 I'm a martial artist training the staff ( modern equivalent too double lightsaber) 4 my personal staff is actually yellow. So definitely temple guard. 😊
