Tzeentch might be change, but he’s also all about manipulation, scheming, and tons of backstabbing. As a follower of Tzeentch you may get psychic power boosts but you are ALWAYS paranoid that your being betrayed or walking into a trap. Also there is a dangerous side to change. For example Tzeentch tends to give out a lot of “gifts” where your hand mutates into the tentacle from Mist, or it shoots fire, your legs might turn into things that can run faster. The only and BIG issue is you got so many mutations that your body is no longer stable and you turn into a multi limbed tentacle abomination that is better off being killed as a mercy

So Chaos corruption gets you like this. Say you're experimenting with drugs. Someone passed you something relatively harmless and you had fun. Of course the next time you tried it you didn't get the same kick from it so you try something a little stronger. That works for awhile but after doing the stronger drug for a bit you gain a tolerance for that too. So you try something harder. And on and on and on until the next thing you know you're partying like an 80s hair metal band. But no matter how much you want to, you can't stop. You're always looking for the next best drug to experience, the next crazy sex act, getting more and more extreme as you go. Before you know it you're snorting the ground up toe bones of a baby while getting railed by a Slaanesh demon who is slicing strips of meat off your back to cook up for everyone to eat, including you. But you don't care, in fact you love it because you've never had such strong experiences before. When the demon murders you and devours your soul you'll think it's the best thing that's ever happened to you because you've never experienced such pain and despair. Chaos is insidious that way. It takes human experiences and cranks it all up to way past anything a mortal can handle. Sure, Tzeench is about change but you won't think it's all that great when his demons change you into a horrific mutant. Nurgle is about the cycle of life and death but you won't think it's all that good when your entire body erupts into giant puss spraying sores that infect all of your friends so you all can watch each other die in misery and pain. And Slaanesh, well I already gave you an example of what happens there. The Warp and Chaos is the way it is because it's all of the emotions and experiences of every living thing. That is A LOT to handle. All good things in moderation right? Chaos has no moderation. Chaos is us, but the absolute worst aspects drown out the good.

It might be possible to change the Warp and reverse Chaos by overwhelming it with good, but as you said, "the Warp and Chaos is the way it is because it's all of the emotions and experiences of every living thing." It's damn near unrealistic to get everybody besides chaos to make peace, think good thoughts, and do good deeds because everybody is out to kill everybody (ESPECIALLY Orks and Tyranids). The Emperor of Mankind was correct in that the path humanity must tread is one of peace and rationality (though the xenophobia ought to be cut back but is understandable to a degree). But overall, Warhammer 40k screams "it is easier to fall to evil than to try to be good."

In Perturabo's defense.... I simply believe that he was just misunderstood. People only saw in Perturabo what they can get out of him they didn't appreciate what he could do for others and in the end he kind of got screwed on both ends but I think when a little more time understanding him I believe he could change and actually betray his traders allegiance.... Loving these, on the subject of Fulgrim's 9 wives, they were arranged marriages for Fulgrim before he was found by the Emperor and in those years he made aliances with some of the tribes of planet Chemos, which sometimes included a wife, now whether he consumated those marriages or not isn't the issue, but they all died of old age, when he as a Primarch can live technically forever.

15:28 Arch had a great video explaining the nature of the Chaos Gods and why they act so evil. Simply put, they are the manifestation of certain emotions and concepts. Anger, change, death, pleasure, etc. The more extreme the emotion, the more it feeds them, and the stronger and smarter they become. Therefore they always strive for the most extreme version of that emotion, and to get as many other people to react to that emotion as well. Example. A flash of anger would be merely a crumb for Khorne. Killing someone would be a light snack. Killing someone in the middle of a crowd, causing the crowd to react violently as well would be a fine meal. But worshipping Khorne and spilling blood in his name and building shrines out of the skulls of your slain victims? A grand feast. Slaanesh could get some sustenance from happy feelings, but it's not nearly extreme enough to satisfy her. This is why worshipping Slaanesh turns you into a depressed addict, because she'll begin taking away your ability to enjoy things. This will force you to partake in greater and greater excess just to feel good again. More extreme sex, more drugs, more pain, until finally you have to rape and torture people before eating them just to get your fix.

Chaos is pure evil, they use the lure of the supposedly good things, but that is only to bring a person to the eventual excess and evil of their true self. Not to be a heretical, but Angron had a very understandable reason to turn. Even with his mind tormented by the butcher's nails he still loved and cared for the slaves he lead in revolt. Then Big E shows up, swipes Angron away as his people are slaughtered and prioritized getting as much use out of him before the nails killed him rather than say, attempt to remove them because why waste valuable time fixing a broken tool.

So yeah, change and hope are good things of course but Tzeentch, being the embodiment of change is eternal change in excess. There is no stability or routine. One day sun might be red, another it may rise from the west, another it might not rise at all, etc. 13:03 on the opposite side Nurgle (along with all the disease he also has) is eternal stability/no change. So yeah there are issues there. Also all the diseases. And the fact that you are gonna have to suffer trough them for all eternity because Papa Nurgle makes you nigh unkillable (while being full of myriad diseases and rotting from the inside out).

In the book God Blight demon Primarch Mortarion fought his returned brother Guilliman and nearly killed him when he infected Guilliman with the god blight a virus made by Nurgle himself that kills Primarchs. Guilliman was only saved when the Emperor possessed Guilliman and healed him of the god blight, Mortarion couldn't move and was frozen still and he said something I didn't think he would say after 10 thousand years "father" The Emperor while possessing Guilliman spoke through him to Mortarion and said he was disappointed at what Mortarion has become and then said "In time you might be saved" then blasted Mortarion back plus damaging Nurgles garden. Alot of fans thought Magnus might get redeemed considering how he fell to chaos, but it seems Mortarion maybe first of the Traitor Primarchs to be redeemed.

Originaly when there was only one race living in the galaxy called "The Old Ones", they managed to evolve into pure light beings, they created the Warp as a neutral grounds of emotions and spirits, the thing is after the "War on Heaven" event where Necrons and the C'Tan killed all Old Ones, the Warp started to shift into a more demonic or evil realm. Now days, the Warp is mostly controled by deamons and gods of other races (like Aeldari gods and Orks gods) but there still is a piece of "Human Heaven" wich the Emperor protects. PSS: Remember Kira, if they sound good just remember that they are Demond Gods, not just Gods. PSSS: About Magnus, Horus and Lorgar (and the other ones) they werent evil or bad, they were braindwashed by the chaos gods, and all started with not Lorgar nor Horus, but with Erebus, a Chaplain in the Word Bearers Legion of Lorgar, he with Lorgar started to see the Emperor as an Evil being trying to censure and destroy everything that other Worlds belived in or think. Horus was poisoned by this words and he belived it and he thought that he was in a crusade against tirany. Is even known that Horus before he was destroyed by the Emperor, the Demonds left his body so Horus saw the destruction and death that he brought to his father and brothers, he said "forgive me father" before he was destroyed. Magnus in the other hand he was never on the persecution of forbbiden knowledge or ways to destroy the Imperium, actualy he tried to warn the Emperor but the Emperor ignored him, so Magnus in a childlish manner listened to the voces of the warp that he thought would help but actualy was a demon, what demon? Tzeentch, Magnus was tricked by Tzeentch in pure inocent way that was "I want to help father and save the Imperium". The others like Mortarion, Perturabo, Angron, Fulgrim, Konrad, and Alpharius/Omegon had their own agendas.

I think the best way to describe chaos: insidious. Yes it starts out as positive. Khorn for example: friendly sparring matches. Lures you in, fun physical, mutual agreed exercise with a thrill. You'll be driven, and full of sportsmanship. Then a turn happens, gradual or a switch flips. You'll become scornful. Angry at being beaten, or thinking your losing opponent weak and beneath you. You'll slowly get to "any means neccesary" or you break your opponents jaw and continue a fight, he's weak he deserves it after all. It just keeps becomming a little worse and worse, and if you're unlucky enough to even notice this slide downwards, you can't help yourself anymore. You're a puppet to chaos, bound by your actions and the only course you have is forward and down, getting worse and worse until you try to take over your planet basically.

I would ask into which of Brickys 2 Warhammer Fan categories Kit falls into but the War Thunder icon says it all, now if you excuse me, i need to smoke some meat. Honestly, Magnus messed up big time, but it took Tzeentch the God of Trickery years to turn him Chaos, any other primarch would have fallen to that and probably way faster. Magnus put up a good fight but the game was rigged from the start. Sure there is a 5th Chaos God, the Games Workshop Copyright Department.

​@@ComfyFitness1 I think they are talking about Malice. There is a fifth major Chaos God who embodies Chaos' tendency to turn in upon itself and who acts against the interests of the other Chaos Gods whenever he can, though he is certainly no ally of the Imperium either.

For Angron, despite being anger incarnate he is probably my favourite Primarch. I disagree with Kit, but not because he is wrong. Angron was a slave, a slave to the masters of Deshyr (his home city), a slave to the butchers nails (the mechanical parasite that consumes his brain - it literally removes and rewrites the neurons of the brain so that you are in constant pain unless you are killing), a slave to the Emperor (Big E did him sooooooooo dirty. Its honestly the weakest writing 40k has, because the emperor could have prevented Angron from turning against him with no effort - but Angron refused him and so the Emperor did what he did out of spite and embarrassment), he is a slave to the Warmaster Horus and he is a slave to Khorne. You need to know a bit about Angron and then i highly recommend the book Betrayer by Aaron Demski-Bowden. It is some of 30k at its best, and heavy Angron feels. He deserved better What the Emperor did was wrong, truly. How could he demand that a warrior turn his back on his kinsmen and let them die without him? How could he expect him to break his oath? The Emperor is not as infallible as he seems
