Forgot just how many great levels the first two episodes have. No wonder I always enjoyed the first half of the game more. Episodes 4 & 5 are cool and all but by the end of the game I just really can't wait to play Sly 2.

Funny you mention George Clooney from Oceans Eleven because that movie alongside The Italian Job were where SuckerPunch took inspiration from when they had worked on the 2nd game.

I love the idea what the Panda King is actually are charlatan kung fu master and thats why his fight is so easy. Its also supported by his animations if you dodge the fireballs instead of running up to him, he loses his balance after flipping. He also cowers in fear after you get him near his next phase where he bounces you away.

Regarding your criticism that Raleigh's henchmen seem random and thematically unfitting to his industrial shtick, allegedly they were originally going for an Alice in Wonderland theme, hence Raleigh's hat and the fact his henchmen were walrus carpenters.
