when someone leaves our lives, those exits are not made equal. some are beautiful and poetic and satisfying, others are abrupt and unfair. but most are just unremarkable, unintentional, clumsy. this, this exit was beautiful, poetic, satisfying. Seth and stefon forever

@@alildaisy2180 Bill always sat on one of those desk chairs with wheels when doing these skits, and has talked about how a crew member would push him out right after Seth said his name, bc he was usually so nervous it was easier to just get out there quick, like ripping off a bandaid. So like OP said, the audience realising and going nuts cheering before he even entered is proof of just how popular Bill as Stefon was!

Alone Alien it definitely seems like most of them are prerecorded and he is mouthing along. Even if he is that is pure talent for keeping in line with the audio. (I hope I’m wrong and they are not prerecorded) Edit: I did not realize he has done them before. Good work Bill Hader

Maxim W- That is a very weird theory, my guy, they're definitely not pre-taped. For one, that would just be unnecessarily complicated logistically, and for two, he's done these exact sound effects (Donald Duck, spaceship noise, etc) in a bunch of different interviews and live performances. He's just very talented vocally.

It never ceases to amaze me how things like that wedding finale segment; things that I'm fully aware are completely over-the-top ridiculous, are still able to severely pull on my heartstrings. Show a bit of believable emotion, put the right music in the background, use the right cinematography and editing, and I'm ready to start shedding tears over a church full of "midgets" and a middle aged man dressed as a vapid dropout. This is SNL at its finest...I'm not sure what that says exactly, but I'll keep watching. But the saddest part? I never did learn what that new study showed regarding tree-frogs in the Amazon :(

If you like rolling while coming out, look no further. New York's hottest comment is . Written 3 years ago by Native American meat fetishist Pork-a-huntas in a small alcove under an SNL video, it has everything: Pine cones, tree bark, sap, that sloppy kiss from your great aunt you've always tried to avoid, three replies from alphabetically sorted cowboys with broken backs, and somersauls. Somersauls is that thing where you roll Jewish midgets down a slope.

Yes! Totally. Y’know he breaks hardest when he’s reading something John Mulaney has slipped in after rehearsal. He has said that he is embarrassed by how often he broke (literally every time), but I think that it makes the jokes that might be considered “offensive” funnier because it is clear in the moment that they are jokes.
