This is a good video idea. After every challenge I paused the video clicked into PoGo and attempted my own throws until I ran out of Pokemon to catch in my living room. I just realized I always catch with both hands and can easily hit excellent curveballs. Didn’t even realize that would be hard for some people.

Press and hold the Berry button and swipe it to the right. DONT LET IT GO!!! Then, throw your ball with your other hand/thumb while holding the Berry button to the right. You'll get used to it. If you struggle with this, you can do it the other way. Press and hold the Pokéball button and swipe It to the left
