I've always had the theory that Omega has advanced strategy skills (episode 10 spoilers). In the latest episode, we saw her playing really incredible holo-chess, which could be an allusion to a mutation that allows her to be an incredible strategist. We also see it when she goes after the Ordo Moon Dragon; she notices what the dragon wants and is able to use it to her tactical advantage. And when she's taken hostage by Cad Bane, she's able to get out of the grasp of literally one of the best bounty hunters in the galaxy virtually by herself, on her own wits and strategy. All of this, might I add, is done with only a few weeks of field experience...👀

If the rest of Omega is unaltered Fett you'd basically have a first gen ARC trooper with the ability to actually work in groups extremely well rather than be edgy loners. Morale would be extremely high too, as they'd be even more supportive of one another in a unit than the regular clones, not to mention how they could minimise losses by potentially straight up talking the enemy out of fighting in the first place. The dolphins are actually kind of onto a winner here.

Fun theory I found is that Omega isn't a clone of Jango Fett, but of Arla Fett, Jango's older sister who was sold by the Death Watch into slavery and possibly killed. She was made so Jango could have his sister back but Omega looked too much like her, Jango couldn't handle it so he avoided her and didn't acknowledge her. It helps that the two siblings looked a lot alike and she was also blonde.

My guess is that she's infused with Kaminoan DNA, because at the beginning of the season she was wearing the traditional Kaminoan headpiece, and I doubt they would let someone they viewed as non-kaminoan wear that.

Theory rant... Two things, why does everyone assume that just because she has first-generation Jango DNA, she is unaltered? Secondly, they cut away from Hunter explaining to Omega why she's so special. I think they intentionally hid some information from the audience. They want her for a "contingency plan", which doesn't sound like it has anything to do with continuing to sell clones to the empire. Nala Se clearly has a deep personal connection with her, and when we first see Omega she is wearing the traditional Kaminoan headpiece. I'd be willing to bet that Omega is infused with Kaminoan DNA from Nala Se. (okay, breaking out the tinfoil hat, post it board and yarn) I see two possible reasons for this. One possibility is that the Kaminoans can "see" more than a human. To us, their facilities are all white, but to them, there are colours everywhere. Omega is able to "see" more than other clones, something she could have gotten from Kaminoan DNA. What I think is more likely, is that in Legends (they're been stealing from legends more and more, so it's fair game for them to pull this idea) we have Kina Ha, a Kaminoan Jedi. The Kaminoans are basically a species derived from cloning over generations, and as we know... force sensitivity in clones is a rough ride. But, maybe there's something special about their DNA that allows them to be force sensitive. Infusing human DNA with their DNA could allow for force-sensitive, human-looking clones. The "contingency plan" also seems like something that goes deeper than they are letting on. The Kaminoans never established Palpatine and Sidious as being the same person. We know Sidious worked hard on his contingency plan because he knew Vader was going to betray him. To me, this screams Sidious pulling the strings behind the scenes somehow, because he needs Omega. Either way, it's been heavily implied that she has increased foresight. When they were escaping Kamino, she knew that door was going to open before anyone else. Not a guess or a hunch, she knew. That's something "extra" on top of what a non-force-sensitive human can do. Either she is force sensitive or has some abilities from the Kaminoans mixed into her biology.

Or maybe because she was seen to be a great strategist, even paying off the rest of the bad batch’s debts to Sid when they were rescuing a separatist senator. Being social/emotionally empathetic is always a good trait for some teammates to have, but in terms of battle she is probably better at strategy, maybe a bit of piloting, but I think she can excel at attending to soldiers wounds, the bad batch is gonna get shot at a lot as their armor is more bulkier. The armor issues also applies to wrecker, omegas best friend (so far). Sense crosshair, the sharpshooter, is currently on the side of the empire at the moment, we might get a chance of wrecker getting shot, and omega grabbing medical supplies and helping wrecker in the heat of battle. She is also a lot smaller, making it harder for the enemy to land shots on omega compared to landing hits as obvious as wrecker.

Using her emotional intelligence, she could be used to exploit weaknesses in prisoners, identify wanted persons trying to blind in, essentially, she would be the perfect occupation trooper. She has had to pick up facial cues from people who are incredibly difficult to read (Caminoans) and from people with a rather narrow range of emotions (clone soldiers). Also she is on the verge of puberty, and has to explore the new emotions that come with this hormonal change on her own. She is generally very quick on the uptake, not only in social situations

Empathy is definitely a quality trate omega has in spades. But dont think that's solely what make her special empathy and her ability to connect and her heightened perception make me think she might actually be force sensitive. Kinda like how ezra could connect animals and how anakin and ahsoka (and other jedi) could use there perception to come up with/see: solutions/awnsers and utilize tactics on the fly that the clones and droids of clone wars era could not see understand or calculate on there own making them far more adaptable in dangerous situations. So to me I would say Omegas empathy,perception, adaptability, and ability to learn fast could be bread crumbs laid out to indicate her eventually being revealed as the first cannon force sensitive clone.

Emotional intelligence can also be used for good. It's a core skill required to manipulate, lie, or convince people to follow your cause or do what you tell them. Think of both Saffron and Inara from Firefly/Serenity series, or Tyrion from Game of Thrones. It is a core skill for spies, politicians and merchants. We're mainly seeing it being used by Omega to make friends, but as that skill matures, it is also makes allies, and can disrupt the alliances of your enemies; trade for resources and bargains for the rebellion, or inspire troops. I will watch her career with great interest.

When Omega is talking to Rex and determines he's a first generation clone, while she was looking at him Rex stiffins up to be more straight and makes his head still, like if a General were looking at him up close, of course the way he's acting just by eye movement and before and after he isn't treating her like a General but just the way he basically "lines up like a Soldier" was a nice detail, ehh which may have been just me or it isn't the case its a bit interesting none the less sense Rex has been a soldier all his life I would only assume its somewhat instinctive

id like her to be semi force sensitive. Not enough to be a true force user but just strong enough to be a big better at understanding everything and having some in the moment strengths that force users have. i think it will be revealed that she isn't only pure fett dna but she will also be a successful semi force sensitive clone. it cant possibly be that hard for the kaminoans to switch a sex. The creature didn't want to trade for the flashlight! She noticed it didn't like the flashlight being on and feeds on energy so she threw it to get it to leave the battery.
