It is this bad, the runner/stalker head never ever gets close to where the person was bit, it’s most egregious was episode 7 with Ellie and Riley, you literally see them never getting bit, then when it’s killed suddenly Riley’s hand is bit and Ellie’s arm was bit, even though the mouth never got close to those areas.
