Most guys put them post turbo. Other option is in the manifold, and this is probably the more accurate reading location - but this is much more labor intensive and you’ll be really upset with yourself if the probe ever breaks off and wipes out your turbo.

Would a CAC leak cause the truck to smoke at low Rpm apon acceleration?

Is it normal for my turbo boost PSI to go to like 40 PSI?? In the past, this truck and others I've driven really didn't go past 30 PSI. Truck mpg's are good, I do just barely notice a slight lost of power, nothing major though. Thank you

This really depends on the specific engine, tune, altitude, (and assuming its an accurate boost gauge) among other possible variables.. Best answer I can give, it depends! But if you can help me fill in some of those blanks, I can try and get you a more ball park estimate.
