He's a Namikaze (sounds like Kamikaze) which hasn't been fleshed out and shrouded in mystery. I can assume that that the Hatakes and Namikazes were cousin clans to each other, given how Kakashi and Minato are beyond exceptional fighting geniuses who created deadly S-Rank forbidden incomplete jutsus. And the Uzumakis are the only ones highlighted amongst the lineage of Hagoromo who have large chakra reserves that rival bijuu but not the only clan with it.

He makes the jutsu his own. It was already explained that the curse seal of heaven is a version of sage mode, that has 2 stages of full transformations (a derived mode from Jugos genes). He used it to defeat Naruto as children (that's how he was able to use a black lightning chidori) , Orochimaru, Diedra and Itachi. Controlling natural energy (lightning is natural energy) requires a sage mode fundamentalist. He was going to use it on the same new team 7, in Shippuden before Orochimaru stopped him. And he didn't even have any sage mode transformation.

What's odd is that Tobirama as paranoid as he is didn't mark a safe location to be able to teleport when he battled the gold and silver brothers together with the top cloud Anbu, so it's really weird, he could have just easily teleported himself to safety after making sure the others are safe? also, there is a plot twist in there, he is broken and just needs to die for some silly reason.

Honestly of Minato was still alive he could actually make sure the villages stay in line by threatening them...how? Well I’ve put to much hypothetical thought into this but if minato can teleport bijuu bombs if they are fired at him he can infiltrate and village and mark the village for example, if the stone didn’t surrendered could go to the stone mark the village where he wants to cause the most damage and then “if he had a perfect jinchuriki” they could then fire bijuu bombs at him and then teleport them to the stone Ion know why I was thinking about this so much but honestly it’s like having a nuclear bomb you can fire at anytime 🤷🏾‍♂️

lol i love these videos tring to teach you about Naruto stuff and being wrong. it litterally says in the show tobirama created the jutsu and the 4th modified it, its still the same jutsu. also pretty sure reciprocal round robin is used between two different users(cant be a shadow clone) of the flying thunder god it really only works how they did it if the users are reanimated otherwise that would kill one of the users

Cool little fact: in the manga when Minato fought Obito and used the level 2 FTG, he landed the rasengan before catching the kunai where as in the anime he caught the kunai then landed the rasengan
