I wished my favourites past Disney animated series like The Gummie Bears, Darkwing Duck, Mighty Ducks,Wuzzles, The Little Mermaid, Aladdin, Hercules, House of Mouse, Kim Possible and American Dragon Jake Long are onto a complete Blu- Ray (with the entire episodes)at last just like they did for Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers and Tangled the animated series. I know this video is about the past Disney films there were released on cinema screen before later onto video and years later onto DVD/Blu-Ray but that's my point because some of the Disney film like The Little Mermaid, Aladdin and Hercules for examples have their own animated series which is why I still think that the past Disney animated series deserved to be released onto Blu-Ray at last more than the Disney films.

Glad to see another 'Wreck-It Ralph' lover! How come you don't like the Fantasia films out of curiosity?

Re: Tarzan -- I like that one of the nonhuman sidekicks is female for a change (seriously, how often do we see that?), but surely an actress with a more appealing voice could have been found. Glenn Close as Kala, however, is altogether lovely, and as this is the only Disney film since "Dumbo" and "Bambi" to put a mother/son relationship close to the narrative's center, I can't help but appreciate it. Agreed that Marian is the weak link in "Robin Hood." Sadly, many of the pre-Renaissance Disney films, even the very good ones with many, many strong points to speak for, didn't take much time and trouble to develop their non-villainous female characters so that they came across as interesting people, even when they were ostensibly the protagonists (e.g. Aurora, Cinderella -- although Cinderella could have been great if she'd been given more to do, since Ilene Woods' voicework is charming, IMO). Films like Pinocchio and The Jungle Book may actually benefit from having no major female characters at all.

6:25 What makes this even more infuriating is that Holly Hunter.. the voice of one of the best motherly figures of all time in The Incredibles, was actually asked to play the titular role of Chicken Little. Thankfully, she made a better decision to go on with the BELOVED superhero movie which is light years ahead of that fucking dumpster fire of a movie! No.... seriously, I feel the same way for Chicken Little the same way most people feel about Cars 2!

The whole point of Alice In Wonderland went over your head. It's not supposed to tell a coherent story. If the story needs a point for you, of course you're not going to like it, but I don’t mind because it's just supposed to be a child's imagination. The book doesn't make any attempt to tie things together either.

Intentional incoherence is still incoherence though. And it's just not entertaining enough for me to call it a guilty pleasure.

@filmbuffgrabiec5875 It's not that you have to like it or anything. If it's not for you, that's fine. I just wanted to make sure you knew that the movie actually accomplished what it wanted to accomplish, and did it well. This is purely objective. I love the movie, but I grew up with it. What I think you're saying is just that it's not what you want out of a movie. (That said, Lady and the Tramp is another favourite of mine, but I feel like you understood what that movie wanted more.)
