Totally agree with her. I used to be in that "provide" spirit and fight for my autistic sons rights, and take him to therapies, and assisting my other son in his issues, and working full time and dealing with my husband ,and housework etc.And all the way, since the beginning ,there was this voice inside every time I prayed saying 'stop ,stay at home, I will provide'. But I didn't have the courage to make it happen. I was afraid of losing everything. Until one day I reached the limit, thought I would die if I continued this life, and left everything and stayed home. We made arrangements moneywise (difficult), but God has provided, we live in peace and not stressing about everything. God knew what was best, but I didn't act on his advice. Please, listen to your inner voice.

The season concept is so helpful. My 49 year old husband died unexpectedly, and I needed to know that this grief-filled widow status is a season. I was looking for a reason to keep living. Thank you, Elizabeth.

Neither of them is wise. Don't be deceived! They are giving God service with their mouths and directly contradicting themselves with their actions. Their thinking is so OFF. If they care about God, family or their country, they would be acting very differently. They care about being comfortable and the gospel they share is how to be comfortable in this life. AND THEY CHARGE FOR THIS DEADLY ADVICE

So grateful that she talked about having different seasons in life. I was always afraid of changing jobs or becoming a full time mom in the future. Cause I don’t want to be labeled differently as if my whole life only revolved around one season of life.

Sara Alia Why would you want to be with someone who seems to be all-powerful but lets these things happen? Why would a God like that deserve any worship?
@Sarah088504 жыл бұрын
@@zvaults4168 Suffering isn't something God delights in...Sin introduced suffering into this world. And despite all of it He provides a way out; known as Eternity with Him. Look up Ray Comfort and his videos. I think you will find lots there and Ravi Zacharis. If you watch anything, please watch 'The American Gospel' on youtube and Itunes................... Hubby and I would be happy to chat more about this, if you are interested. I have experienced a lot of suffering, just like everyone else, and knowing that Jesus is with me, alongside providing what I need during such times, is a gift. The ultimate gift is knowing I get to be with Him for eternity. God is love, He is not suffering. He allows it.
@zvaults41684 жыл бұрын
Sara Alia It doesn’t answer my question. If he is so powerful and all-knowing etc., why would he “allow” you to suffer like that. That is not the act of a friendly god. I’m so surprised that when it comes to this topic that all rational thought just stops. In future times people will look back at this era and think what an enormous amount of time was wasted on religion and what an awful actions were taken by people in name of their imaginary god.
@Sarah088504 жыл бұрын
@@zvaults4168I am sorry that you feel that way. I don't know where I would be without the Lord and His truth in the bible. In the bible, adam and eve were given a choice..to obey God or disobey. And they sinned, which is what we call 'the fall of creation' and thus we have a sinful nature, and sinful world. Our sin causes suffering...ie. when I lie, I hurt others, when I am jealous and take matters into my own hands, I can overspend, when I covet, I am refusing to trust God and what He has for me, and believing a lie that I would be better off with X, Y or Z. Just as God is real, so is Satan. And he thrives on sin, he tries to cause us to sin. Can I have your email? I can send you some helpful stuff that's pretty interesting and logical. I hear you. Having logic and reason is important. God's thoughts are not our thoughts, His ways are not our ways. And in His perfection, and Holiness he chose to be crucified for me, for you and the world. And the best part? Death did not overcome Him. He is the ONLY one of all religions who lives to this day. And because of all of this we get to be WITH God, forgiven by him and have eternal life with Him.
