Thanks for the vid. I can see how this reframing of rejection as a necessary part of your life journey might make someone feel better about past rejections...but it's difficult zoom out to see it that way in the moment, and it doesn't really help those of us who don't believe in destiny or that "everything happens for a reason" - those of us who spend years without seeing that better job, more fulfilling relationship, or less painful circumstances. Rejection hurts because it feels like a reflection on us. It speaks to our insecurities, feeds our "I'm not good enough." How do we disentangle rejection from our own sense of self-worth, and cultivate a more resilient self-esteem?

WOW! Rejection is a GIFT! Romans 8:28 all things work together for good to those who love God... Ezekiel 36:11b God says- I will do better for you than at your beginnings. Then you shall know that I am the Lord.
