Why keep calling her Kate Middleton? I don't believe that is elegant. Isn't it more elegant to use her proper name and title? We know she doesn't like to be called Kate but prefers to be called Catherine. And her full name is NOT Kate Middleton (anymore) but Catherine, The Princess of Wales. Please use proper names and titles, that to me is elegnce. Thank you.
