The one I go too is like this but with a hall separating either side. Ones a jiu jitsu room/sparring room. And then the back is a hot asf work out room. Ah home sweet home

Brother what do I need to do to get into a MMA gym? I’m dying to know I live in rural Oklahoma but I can travel I just don’t want to be some akward pos I’m a athlete bat outta hell for whatever I wanna try at but I just don’t know know to get started

Mma is like you trying grab some pieces of every cakes. You don’t feel full advance of them. Better take a full cake of boxing, wrestling, judo, grappling and bjj. Better do one thing good, then trying do all the things bad
