As i can see the family you used is not the default family provided by revit , is it right ?

Probably not, but the default families from Autodesk should also work.

Hey bin, what is the meaning of shered? And how it works? Can u explain this?

For example, if the sink in this family is a shared family, you will be able to select it using Tab key and adjust the parameters in the project. You will also be able to schedule the sink in the project if it is a shared family. But since it will be a little confusing to some new users, I avoided using it for this exercise.
