Very informative. Usually I got coordinates from survey drawings and draw by polyline in Autocad. But it's very easy in revit

What about if the title boundry are curved??

While adding the property line using bearing and distance, you can choose Arc instead of Line under Type, followed by the Radius column.

If coordinates are given by excel of each point then how can draw boundary?

Tbh, I have no idea, maybe you can create lines in CAD? Or maybe create a topo surface using that excel file and manually find those points? Or maybe we can place a couple of perpendicular reference places as base point and offset them using the different between the coordinates?
