I love this type of swatch video, the only thing I’d suggest changing would be to include an arm swatch at the very end so we could see all the colors swatches together too.

The nice thing about talking through your swatches is that you can give your opinion on the feel of the shadow and how each formula performs. This video was great though! Loved it! ❤😊

I like it like this, I feel like talking would be a lot of dead air space cause how much can you say about each shade as you apply them other than just the few basic things we need to know, which we can see by watching you apply them 😊

I’ve never seen anyone do eye swatches like this but tysm for doing it! It is so so nice to see how the shadows will look and actually perform on the eye, rather than just finger swatches. Keep doing these please cause they are invaluable and I so appreciate you for doing them 😊 I was back n forth on buying this palette but now that I see how they look and work on the actual eye, I’m getting it lol

Loved it! Very informative. I was disappointed that color number 2 came out more pink than purple. Made me decide to not buy the palette. I wanted more purple tones in a palette advertised to be a purple palette.

I do enjoy these types of swatching videos. Feedback: A smidge closer to the camera so I can really get a good look at the colors. Also, if you could finger dab the shimmers after you apply it with a brush so we can see how intense those shimmers can get. You’re awesome Heidi, always keeping your content interesting. Thanx!😘

I also love ThatGirlShaeXO and her ColourPop liveswatches, and I think it would be awesome to see more videos like this from you! It's so helpful to actually see the shade applied to the eyes because it can look so different from how it does in the pan or in an arm swatch with your finger. It's nice to see liveswatches on different skin tones, too. TWO THUMBS WAY UP, HEIDI! :D These type of videos always inspire me to do one shadow looks, too, because so many of the shades actually look really pretty that way.

I love live eye swatches! Maybe you could apply the shadow on one eye with a brush and the other with a finger to show the different finishes (if there is one). Because that is how I use a lot of shades tbh. And then at the very end show arm swatches with the shades in the order that you used them in. A detail that I LOVED was how you had the palette in the corner with the shade that you were using. And how you counted how many times you went in for more in the palette. Super helpful!

The music is not annoying at all. I wish you had a little commentary on how you like or don’t like the application (patchy, need to spray, fallout etc) and whether you recommend the palette. I like that you applied it on your eyes and not your arms and you even did 2 applications for each shadow.

Love these live swatch videos! The only thing I'd suggest is for the shimmer shades, to do a comparisons between dry brush application and finger or wetted brush application, since they always show up so much more opaque that way (for Colourpop shades, at least). Oh, and also like the others said, your initial thoughts on the palette would also be helpful. Thanks Heidi!

I just bought a couple of the singles that I really want from this palette in the build your own palette sale and I'm so happy I did it that way because I really only wanted 3 of these shades. Love this format though! I agree though, it would be nice to have an arm swatch at the end so we can see it all together.

Some of the shades were a little patchy but overall I think it's a pretty palette. Colourpop does great eye shadows for a reasonable price. I like the eye swatches format!

Love these types of videos. One thing I don't see is how the colors would show up on your skin tone and a lighter. Maybe use a much lighter concealer base on one eye and compare both that way? Idk how time consuming that would be but I haven't seen it before so I thought it would be interesting.

Hi Heidi!🙋 I do like this way of showing the eye colors. I am disappointed in this pallet thou. The 2nd shade didn't even look like a purple. The red color looked like the first pink. Too many colors not true to what they are supposed to be. I was so excited for this too, being purple is one of my favorite eye colors. I'll pass on this and stay with my Juvias Place pallet. TFS! 😉💜💚🌴🌻
