Glucose syrup 70-75% meetha hota hain cheeni ke comparison me ( yadi cheeni 100 % meethas deti hain toh utni weight ka glucose syrup 70-75% meetha hoga) . What does “hain” translate to in English please? And in the video the subtitles say glucose is obtained from beetroot but it should say sugar-beet.

Aap do method try kar sakte hain : 1) jam ( mixed fruit ya koi bhi flavour) aap achchi tarah se fet kar center me bhar sakte hain. wo bhi kafi achchi lagta hain. Juicy feel data hain. 2) aap agar agar se fruit jelly banaye aur uspar chocolate coating kare ya chocolate ke andar fililing kare. Yeh dono method aap try kar sakte hain ( 1-2 piece bana kar) iske aapki furit jelly nahi pighaleghi. Hope it will help you.

In sabhi ka istemal baking aur videshi meethe products jisme chocolate se bane dessert, ice creams ya frozen dessert hote hain, me istemal kiya jata hain. Indian sweets aur sharbat me iski jarurat nahi hoti hain. Hamare traditional sweet paka ke banai jati hain usme chini waise hi gal jati hain.
